I needed a main water valve replaced in a 10 unit condo. The plumber wanted us to ""get air behind water"" by opening all the faucets in a bunch of units. We coordinated with the other owners and were able to get 8 of the owners to comply. After many calls to his manager, the plumber insisted that wasn't good enough, didn't even check if the pipe was dry enough to work on, and left. I got another plumber to do the work. He replaced the valve without touching any faucets outside of my own. He was on site less than an hour. The charge was 1/3 what I was quoted by Service Professionals. S/P had the gall to charge me a dispatch fee. Myself and my neighbors were highly inconvenienced by what should have been a very easy job. Not competent at all.

had to wait 3 days in single digit temperatures with no heat. when they finally fixed the problem they overcharged me to an absurd amount. $1,794.85 for 2 parts and installation which took no more than 2 hours if not less, 1 part that cost $178.27 and the other less than $20.00. The customer service manager is unprofessional, incompetent and needs to be retrained or replaced

This company is a rip off! You cannot get an approximate estimate of a simple job (like mine was...replacing a kitchen faucet) without them coming out and charging you $69. Once he looked over everything and told me that all the plumbing was good it would cost me $818!!!! I even had the faucet! They are an absolute rip off and I would NOT recommend them to anyone!!!

Would absolutely NOT recommend this business. They gave my parents a quote for replacing a leaking faucet in their shower. Because my elderly parents were desperate for a working shower they said yes - even though the price was a whopping (ridiculous) $2600. The next day I found someone else - $950. They came in, wore booties, covered all floors, did an absolutely professional job, same shower fixtures we would've been getting from ""Service Professionals"" (haha) and even did a bit more work than Service Professionals were going to do. Service Professionals took less than a minute to charge my parent's credit card for the ""deposit"" (the other plumber didn't even ask for one) and we are still waiting for our refund 2 weeks later. Take my word for it and check out different plumbers.

Was initially happy to book a next-day appointment with a service technician. Then no one showed up all day. No calls or texts, either. Not professional to leave a customer hanging.

Paid $1,100 to run a short pipe from a gas meter to the other side of the wall. Paid another $850 to pressure test that same pipe and another old pipe in the house. Whole thing cost a little over $2,000 with taxes. Could have totally had this done for less than $600 with a handyman. Not happy with price at all
