I originally went with this company because of the 5 star ratings. Grant came out about a year ago and gave us a verbal estimate on our master bath. Further down the road we decided to change directions with the master bath - so I called in October 2021 to have him come out to give an estimate on now both the master and guest bath. He gave me a verbal over the phone estimate of roughly $2690 for both baths. They came out yesterday to first do only the guest bath. The job came to $3400 for only the guest when in October it was supposed to be $1300 roughly. When we called the next day to inquire of the large increase he stated his estimates are only good for 30 days - information that would have been useful when I set up the appointment. Lesson learned is to always have your estimate in writing and it should state how long that estimate is good for. I am highly disappointed and will not use him for our master. He could have at least offered to try to take something off but did not. $2k off is ridiculous - even if your estimates are good for 30 days (which should've been relayed).

These guys are great! My first impression at the door was Eric and Cole were good people; they greeted me and my dog in a very friendly manner. They did a high quality job and were very personable, informative and helpful in replacing our kitchen sink , faucet, disposal, laundry room faucet and piping. It was a pretty big job and they were always positive and hard working. They were really good about cleanup, too, where a lot of places leave you with a mess. Their pricing was so much better than what another place was trying to charge us! I would highly recommend them!

What I liked about these folks was honesty and the ability to quote the job estimate over the phone and at a fair price. I worked with other plumbers who will not give you an estimate over the phone and they overcharge you once at location. These guys were able to schedule me within a couple of days. They showed up on time with a mask on and did a fantastic job of replacing the main water shutoff valve and external faucet within an hour. Well Done! thanks.

I can't recommend the guys at Service Pro more highly. From the phone call to arrange an appointment through the completion of the work, Grant and his son provide top-notch service. They were very careful about keeping everything neat and clean and solved my plumbing problem ( kitchen faucet) completely and quickly. I would not hesitate to use them for any future plumbing work.

Alex was on-time, friendly, and a good communicator. It was raining outside and he took booties on and off every time he went out to his truck so our floors were as clean when he left as when he had arrived. We had chosen this company because they have good reviews but were available much sooner than the company we had used before. He fixed everything we needed done, and found a couple of problems we hadn't yet recognized that would have resulted in flooding or leaks. We will definitely use this company again and will request Alex.

Highly recommend! Had a pipe break they were at my house within the hour, pipes fixed and water back in within 15 minutes. Grant is awesome!
