Water underneath sink, but """"there was no leak found"""". Less than an hour under the sink, did nothing but run the water, but determined there was no leak. Bottom of cabinet is SOAKED but the """"water must have been getting underneath the soap dispenser while doing dishes and countertop got wet"""". Shannon (owner) was completely dismissive. Don't waste your time or money.

The worse plumbing company I have ever work with. On Thursday, August 9, 2018, I had an appointment scheduled through my Home Warrant folks for Monday between 1-5pm. This was for a leaking toilet that was damaging the sheet rock around the toilet. On Monday, they never called or showed up. I had to reschedule for the following Wednesday between 8am-12pm. At 1125am, the service plumber calls to say he will be 1 hour and 45 minutes late. I had to reschedule my work appointment to stay and wait for the late service. I would not recommend anyone making appointments for this type of horrible customer service with Service Pro.

Appointment was scheduled through Choice Home Warranty for a 5 hour time slot. I called the number given me and had to leave a voice msg after a recorded message of """"leave message after the tone"""". I was not sure this was a business or person working for them. No one returned the call in two hours so I looked up the business online and that number stated it was not available. Choice Home Warranty tried calling received same vm msg and left a vm. No returned call after hours so we canceled and rescheduled with another company. 45 minutes before the end of the 5 hour time slot a guy called me stating he was the plumber and on his way. I informed him we canceled for lack of communication. He hung up. The next company called me the day before to confirm and make a more reasonable time span.

My experience with this company was horrible. We have a sheisty home warranty company that we used and called in a claim to fix a plumbing issue we had. They sent Service pro plumbing to our home. Jarael was the technician charged us 200 to snake the drain and 240 to remove the toilet. I mind you we had to initially pay 100 service fee. Jareal could not find the problem with the snake and would need a camera which was included in the 200 additional fee that was charged. At the time Jareal didn't have a camera however the owner of the company did and Jareal would get possession of the camera and return to our home. Needless to say. After Jareal left, we never saw anyone from that company again. We called several times, left messages. Called the home warranty company and they offered bs excuses as well. To shorten this horrible experience Service Pro never returned our calls, they took our money promising to return with a camera to try and resolve the issue -never came back. I realize we are a service call under a shiesty home warranty company but we deserved better than the treatment this company rendered. Until you do right........andJareal didn't properly put toilet back on. Don't use you have been warned!!!

My experience was great! The Service Professional, Mr Martin was very sharp. He was on time, wore shoe covers, professionally dressed, organized, talented, and respected my home. He kept me informed of his arrival time and introduced himself again when he arrived. I was impressed with his explanation of each repair leaving me fully satisfied with his work. After each repair he cleaned each area and removed debris as needed. He was meticulous and detail oriented. I will request service again, if I need it.
