On the plus side, they showed up when they said they would, and seemed to have done a fine job.
However, $1075.00 for 4 hours work seems high to me. We did agree to pay the quote, and they charged what they quoted, so that is fair.
It works out to $250 per hour. Next time we will try another company that charges by the hour, and see if that's more agreeable to us.

Update: the owner called when he saw our review. He talked about how they price jobs, and how he wants to offer a good wage and benefits to his crew. He listened to how we felt, then offered a senior citizen discount. I have added one star for the customer service, and just that he cared.
Honestly, if I had to choose between paying too much for a job well done, or getting a discount for a shoddy job, I would choose the former.

I had a garbage disposal issue and called Service Plus to have someone come out and look at it. Landon was able to come out the next day and diagnose the issue immediately. He replaced the garbage disposal right then and there and even saved me some money by keeping some old parts that were still good. He worked quickly and efficiently, was honest, clean and communicative. I would definitely recommend them and will use them in the future for any other plumbing needs.

I had a underground main line leak and Landon came to check it out, he gave me a quote the same day and we schedule the service date. Needless to say he was on time and all the equipment needed was too. He repaired my water leak without making a mess on my front yard which I really appreciate and made this whole frustration go away. Also the next day while we were waiting for the inspector he installed a garbage disposal on my kitchen sink.

Very professional, respectful and experienced. I can say I got what I paid for, every penny was worth it and I am glad I called them to do the job.

Very satisfied with his work. Definitely will use Service Plus Plumbing next time we need a repair, this was our second service with them and both times Landon has been amazing.

I noticed a leak in the shower, so decided to try Service Plus Plumbing.
Booking the appointment was easy and quick.
Alex called to give his ETA and was very punctual and friendly. He looked into the issue and explained what possibilities were causing it, and we agreed on a course of action.
He did a great job in doing the repair--looks great and was done quickly.

We recently bought a house, only to discover our toilets have been flushing hot water. I called Service Plus Plumbing to fix my problem. They were able to get to me within two days and far exceeded my expectations. Alex was so great! Kind, professional, thoroughly explained everything that needed to be done and everything he was doing. When it seemed that we were stuck with one toilet flushing hot water (due to there being no access to a crawl space), Alex went out of his way to come up with a solution to get it fixed.
