I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Through our home warranty, we had a different company out two weeks prior to fix a leak. However, they failed to do so and by the time we discovered the leak wasn't fixed, we had water damage to our floor and had to shut off the water supply to our toilet. Service Plus promptly returned my call and quickly scheduled us with a tech. Joseph showed for the appointment within the time from promised. He was kind, respectful, knew his trade, trustworthy, and had excellent communication. In addition, he exhibited great patience and didn't bat an eyelash at the extra inconveniences that arouse because of our home warranty company. In addition to the ease of scheduling and kindness of both the scheduler and tech, Service Plus stands behind their work providing a year long guarantee for the work we had performed. I highly recommend Service Plus for any plumbing needs that might arise.

They were not able to make it today to unclog my toilet, and referred me to another company called Walcott services. That's really nice! Highly recommend them, will call them next time I need something that isn't so urgent

Love them! They came out within a day to fix a plumbing issue in my home. I really wish I remembered the guys name :( but he was quick, informational & didn't try to upsell or anything! He came out to do what he needed to do and made sure I was informed the whole way through! Truly the best all around in customer service!

I recently purchased a home in West Linn. The water pressure was horrible so I called Service Plus Plumbing based on their Yelp reviews and was not let down. Being an older home, I expected to be told that we would need to replace all the plumbing. Our technician discovered a valve that had been turned down. A simple fix solved our problems. I will definitely call these guys for all my future plumbing service needs. They also came in full Covid PPE and wore shoes covers when inside or home. Our technician was great at explaining his process, I even learned some helpful things about this house.

We noticed what we thought was a sewage smell coming from our guest bathroom, out of the multiple companies we contacted....Landon and his team were the first to call me back, and were willing to fit us in the same day to come take at least assess our situation and figure out what was going on. He showed up right in his scheduled window and was willing to go down in the crawlspace to assess things. The issue ended up being a dead rodent, not our pipes. Landon took his own time to call a Restoration company and walk them through what he found and help us get the issue taken care of. He stood by their free estimate and did not charge me for the visit, I can't name a single other plumbing company I know of that is willing to do that. Usually you are charged just for the site visit. While we didn't immediately need plumbing services, he noted a small leak under one of our showers and walked me through what cost might look like, if the repair could wait a bit, etc. I will absolutely be looking to schedule that repair with them and be contacting them for any furure plumbing repairs we many have come up. Also really appreciated that Landon observed PPE and social distancing measures on his visit.

Been meaning to write this review for several days. We called Service Plus because our hot water heater was blinking two codes and one told us to call for service. Alex came out to our home, with a mask, looked at the unit and quickly could tell us what was wrong. It was an easy-to-fix matter which he explained in moments and did not even charge us for his time. Really amazing experience, we are very grateful. Especially in a time when so much is challenging in the world, these seemingly small helps and courtesies mean a lot --- thank you!

Everything from my first call to the office speaking with Christina to Joseph arriving at my door was professional and friendly. I had a clogged shower drain that I attempted to fix myself, which resulted in any time I used the bathroom sink, water would fill in the tub. Super. Christina found me the soonest appointment to get someone out (I called late Mon, appointment on Wed). They texted me the night before to confirm my appt. Joseph, the delightful plumber, aka magical person who saved me, texted when he was on his way. He wore a mask and booties inside my house. He was super friendly, courteous in my home, knowledgeable, and efficient. I explained how my pipes are original and some are in bad shape so he took the extra time to look under the house to see what would be the best plan of attack given the location of the clog. We talked about potential problems (and price) before he began so I knew all details up front. Joseph was super careful and took his time (again, old pipes), I didn't feel like he was rushing to get to the next customer. I greatly appreciate the care Joseph took in my home and making sure my problem was fixed. I have found a plumbing company for life. Thank you!

Saw a small leak around the base of the toilet yesterday. Called Service Plus and was told someone would be over here the next day and would call before showing up. Jordan called today saying he'd be here in half an hour. He did a wonderful, professional job. Very nice and thorough. Thanks for your help.
