They worked me in on the same day I called, Jordan was pleasant, efficient and competent. Got my clogged drainage freed up in about an hour and cleaned up the yucky mess on the floor. Highly recommend them and their man Jordan.

Everything worked out perfectly. I filed a request online Saturday for a quote. Monday morning got a reply email saying someone could come out to provide the estimate. I agreed. That very day Aleks called a half hour before arriving, then showed up as promised and within the originally scheduled period. Note that it was very hot that day, 93 degrees Fahrenheit was the high in Portland. Still, he was there with a mask on, I showed him the old water heater (1980's model he said) in a cellar with tight access. He gave me a quote, I approved, and within 4 hours he removed the 52 gallon electric water heater and replaced it with a more efficient modern one, plus strapped it to the house (with wood and brackets he had to buy) and added a new platform. Aleks also said he had to dig around the installation (the cellar was dug into an area below the post and pier foundation house) to provide more room for the Bradford-White unit. This thing weighs 146 pounds without water (insulated). He did this all by himself. The installation looked sound and tight. I expected to get the quote and then have to wait at least a day before the install...and Aleks did it all and did it right. His dedication and professionalism was top notch...and the response of the company was perfect.

I was experiencing low water pressure in my bathroom shower. When I called Service Plus, I spoke to Steve. He was great! He came out to the house to assess the problem, discussed the issue with me, offered a quote and set up an appointment while still at my house.
Landon came to the house the following day and fixed the problem. He too was great! Aaahhhhh, how wonderful it is to have water pressure back! He even replaced the faucet and handle plate.
