Alex from Service Pro was right on time, very knowledgeable and professional, and fixed our leaking drain pipe quickly. His work was very clean and he left the house looking better than it did when he arrived. He even referred us to a water damage mitigation company to help clear out our soaked drywall and insulation. We will definitely call Service Pro again.

Got a call from my tenant the hot water heater was leaking, called around and got Service Plus to come out that same day at 4. The install went fine along with some updated earthquake straps a water line replaced along with a new valve. $750, $105 and $350. I get a call 2.5 hours later by Alex and was told I need to hire an electrician to install heavier gauge wire and a ground. I went back that night with a friend and noticed there was no insulation in the conduit which should have had a nylon insert to keep the conduit from touching the wire and causing a short which is exactly what happened and was apparent by the arc burn on the conduit. We were able to cut back the conduit and expose better wire in order to wrap and cap it. Easy enough fix except for the 2 hours it took to repair which should have been done by Alex. Hot water was now working and I saved hundreds by not calling in an electrician. This was a $1600 job and was really inconvenient and difficult for me since I'm on daily Chemo and everything is a mental and physical struggle.

We needed a garbage disposal replaced and Service Plus Plumbing quickly replied with (the lowest) quote! It was for our rental property and they were able to keep me informed/updated throughout the whole process AND communicate with our tenant to coordinate with their schedule to go in and get it replaced within a couple of days. Afterwards, they contacted me for the payment. They were very professional and courteous the whole time! Made the whole process very quick and painless! Will definitely use them again!

When Landon determined it was a sewer pipe leak in my basement he quickly helped me get a cleanup crew at my house within 2 hours!! The next day Alex did the repair and all is fixed. Great communication by text or phone. Excellent service.

Got on the books a couple days out. Alex called me and let me know he'd arrive during my time window. I asked him to text me when he showed up since my kids were napping and he did.

Alex diagnosed the issue, but had to leave to get a specific tool. He returned about an hour later and was finished in about 20 minutes. Good work and very professional.

My only gripe is cost. $450 bucks is steep, especially for such a short amount of work time, even with the hour he went to get the tool. As a side note, the number wasn't a surprise as it is their policy to notify you of the cost upfront, before any work is done. I was just surprised about how quickly and efficiently Alex did his job, so kudos to him.

All in all though, I'll give them another call if we need because we paid for good work.

On the plus side, they showed up when they said they would, and seemed to have done a fine job.
However, $1075.00 for 4 hours work seems high to me. We did agree to pay the quote, and they charged what they quoted, so that is fair.
It works out to $250 per hour. Next time we will try another company that charges by the hour, and see if that's more agreeable to us.

Update: the owner called when he saw our review. He talked about how they price jobs, and how he wants to offer a good wage and benefits to his crew. He listened to how we felt, then offered a senior citizen discount. I have added one star for the customer service, and just that he cared.
Honestly, if I had to choose between paying too much for a job well done, or getting a discount for a shoddy job, I would choose the former.

I had a garbage disposal issue and called Service Plus to have someone come out and look at it. Landon was able to come out the next day and diagnose the issue immediately. He replaced the garbage disposal right then and there and even saved me some money by keeping some old parts that were still good. He worked quickly and efficiently, was honest, clean and communicative. I would definitely recommend them and will use them in the future for any other plumbing needs.
