service Plus delivered as advertised. I emailed a detailed request late Thursday evening. I received a call @ 8 A M Friday, advising they could be out by 9:00 A M. Landon (owner), quickly diagnosed the problem between the city meter and my entry line. He exposed the leak and walked me through the necessary repair. Since the repair was simple, he charged the minimum for the job. I have had many plumbing problems during the last 40 years, but none was handled as well as Service Plumbing.

From the time you call in and speak to Yvette and get her wonderful customer service, to the time they come out, Landon is amazing! Service Plus Plumbing lives up to their name. They provided excellent service plus a few things I did not expect. I had a water line into my house replaced. They were truly committed to solving my issue.

Their pricing was reasonable with my other bids. After they ran a new water line to my house, the area where they drilled looked just-like-new. I appreciated the extra effort they took to patch up the workspace (grass, bark dust, etc.)

I highly recommend them for your plumbing needs.

Landon replaced our water main when it started leaking. He immediately gave us a temporary fix that stopped the leak until he could schedule a replacement the following week. All work was completed as planned and on time. Excellent communication throughout the process.

3/15/2024:
Despite taking my usual preparations for the recent Portland ice storm (turning off inside valves for the outside spigots, draining and covering them), we just turned them on again only to find that one had burst. After sending web contact requests to five plumbers and getting only one response, that one was Service Plus Plumbing. Aleks came out and immediately saw the problem, explained how to prevent that in the future, and found the break inside the wall. He got right to it, uncovering the break, replaced it and installed a new shut-off valve and outside spigot, all pretty worn out. He brought a lot of experience here to share with us.
Sure glad they are the ones who answered our call for help.

I worked with the team at Service Plus Plumbing after the water main from the street to my house cracked. It was a very stressful to try to figure out what to do, but Service Plus walked me through every step of the way making sure I knew what was going on. They took care of all the extra bits too, like helping schedule and electrician to come out and getting flaggers on my street when they where working.

It was an absolute pleasure to work with them, and they'll be my first call for any plumbing related issues from now on!

Lane and Charles were excellent. No BS, just focused on my troubleshooting my intermittent pipe leak without pushing for pipe replacement I know I didn't need for my PEX pipe after a freeze compromised one of the PEX connector clamps. Also answered all my questions about water intrusion and water heater replacement. I got quotes from several plumbers and Lane and Charles were the only ones who exceeded my expectations.

I have had 3 very positive experiences with Service Plus. During a recent freeze my old galvanized pipes did not fare well. One burst in my garage and later they discovered another damaged pipe in the crawl space. They came out at 7pm on a federal holiday to fix the mess and Landon the owner stayed until after 10pm to make sure it was fixed. Landon was very kind, knowledgeable and thorough. I will definitely call Service Plus again for any future plumbing issues. Also they are very responsive on the phone and returned my call quickly.

Although I didn't choose Service Plus Plumbing for the needed repairs at my house in Southeast Portland (the competition was tough), I wanted to acknowledge this company with a 5-star rating for its excellence in service, response, communication, and professionalism. Yvette took all my calls with courtesy and friendliness and Alex came to the house to inspect the scope of work and provide a detailed estimate that included a wide scope of specifications to address the condition of the original plumbing in a house built in 1939. After emailing me the quote within a few hours after the inspection, he called and spent time explaining the details and answering my questions with utmost patience. I really appreciated Yvette and Alex as much as I appreciated the free on-site estimate. This would be a company I would contact again.
