I cannot express how EXCEPTIONAL Service Plus Plumbing is. This is my second time needing their service for an emergency problem and once again they have delivered! From the Owner, Justin to all of the staff, they provide SUPERIOR service. When you have a plumbing issue there is only one call to make and that's to Service Plus... 5-Stars, 2-Thumbs Up, and 10 out 10... They ROCK!

Chris came to my home to and cleared our shower drain and another clog we had in a toilet. We have terrible plumbing in our home and Service Plus Plumbing was detailed and attentive in their work. Ever since they fixed my problems, the problems have not returned. Thank you Service Plus Plumbing!

I was referred to Matt of Service Plus Plumbing. I explained we have dripping leak at main water pressure valve & need to repair or replace. I gave him the model number & size of the valve.
Because we are selling this house, our preference was to replace with new valve to which he also felt was likely more cost effective considering the age.
I asked how much it might cost & he explained that depended on how much work was required which is understandable. But was willing to give a possible cost range, of course, depending on inspection.
He took my name & number & explained the office staff would call me to setup appointment which they did.
The office called me about 30 minutes before & Matt showed up on schedule.
He inspected the valve & quoted a price closer to bottom range rather than the high range which shows his honesty, unlike many con repair company's in Las Vegas.
He wasn't going to do any unnecessary work just to make more money.
I would recommend Matt & Service Plus Plumbing without hesitation.

If you want to be disappointed then call this company. Or, if you need a competent plumbing job done, skip this place and chose another company.
Had a clog. The guy that came made a real mess. I actually spent more time cleaning up after him, than the time it took him to try and repair my problem. By the way he did not correct the condition. And as it was getting close to 5 pm he said it is getting dark outside and would return another day.
Good luck on returning.

I would highly recommend Service Plus Plumbing for any remodel or new construction project. I have lived in this area my entire life. I have used several different companies in the past. Our firm just completed a project in which they repaired several plumbing problems, installed thirteen new Toto Toilets and repaired a sewer, all timely, and all flawlessly. They also responded to a holiday call for a water heater repair. Justin and crew are friendly, clean, and knowledgeable.
We will be using them again and again on future projects.

Justin was johnny on the spot we knew exactly what he was doing and Justin let us know about each inspection. And got the job done! The gate valve on my main water shut-off and several shut-off valves themselves inside my home were heavily corroded and damaged. Service Plus Plumbing had someone there the very next day to get everything repaired and replaced as needed. Their guys were clean, respectful and very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend Service Plus Plumbing for any of your plumbing needs.

I came home to discover a water leak in my home. A Service Plus Plumbing truck was down the street so I dashed down to it and Matthew came walking up to his truck. I was on the phone to his office and then just spoke to him. I told him I had water coming from someplace, but couldn't see where. He finished what he was doing on the current job and popped right over. Took him about 30 minutes to find the source of the leak inside a wall. Since I wasn't on his schedule he couldn't fix it right then, but he left me ""safe"" and arranged to come back the next day.
The next day he was EARLY to the job! When does that happen? LOL!
He got right to work, got the repair done, water on, and was off to the next job. He was really a great guy, very nice and was willing to explain things so I knew exactly what was happening. Although I had no opportunity to go out to bid for a price on an emergency like this, I do feel it was very fair, and especially since he was willing to just come to my house without an appointment, and rescue my emergency. Damage could have been a lot worse without Matthew and his company's willingness to help right away.
Hat's off to Matthew and Service Plus Plumbing. They will be the go to folks of all of my future plumbing needs.
And I should also mention that Brandy, their office ""technician"" was also very nice!
