I came home to discover a water leak in my home. A Service Plus Plumbing truck was down the street so I dashed down to it and Matthew came walking up to his truck. I was on the phone to his office and then just spoke to him. I told him I had water coming from someplace, but couldn't see where. He finished what he was doing on the current job and popped right over. Took him about 30 minutes to find the source of the leak inside a wall. Since I wasn't on his schedule he couldn't fix it right then, but he left me ""safe"" and arranged to come back the next day.
The next day he was EARLY to the job! When does that happen? LOL!
He got right to work, got the repair done, water on, and was off to the next job. He was really a great guy, very nice and was willing to explain things so I knew exactly what was happening. Although I had no opportunity to go out to bid for a price on an emergency like this, I do feel it was very fair, and especially since he was willing to just come to my house without an appointment, and rescue my emergency. Damage could have been a lot worse without Matthew and his company's willingness to help right away.
Hat's off to Matthew and Service Plus Plumbing. They will be the go to folks of all of my future plumbing needs.
And I should also mention that Brandy, their office ""technician"" was also very nice!

We contacted them because we had a leak in the water line for the automatic pool leveler. Matt the service technician was very knowledgeable and professional. He called to let me know ahead of time when he will be arriving. He followed up the next day to insure that the repair work provided solved the problem. I give this company 5 stars and I highly recommend this company for any plumbing services you need.

My husband and I were fixing up a house that was purchased for his daughter as a lease option that she choose not to take advantage of. He was working in Los Angeles and I was visiting my daughter in Atlanta. We met in Las Vegas and had a very limited amount of time to do the work. We hired some day labors to do some of the work and discovered that they did not know how to install faucets and drains even tho they said they did. My husband had to get back to Los Angeles for work and I was in Las Vegas by myself with flight reservations 2 days in the future. I checked out Yelp and found Service Plus Plumbing. It was the only place I called. I can't say enough about the office staff. They had a a technician at the house within 2 hours to give me an estimate, and the next day I had a plumber installing 4 sets of sink faucets, P-traps, a toilet, and shower. Matthew was fabulous and really went out of his way to help me. I felt the prices were reasonable. Thank you Matthew and the woman in the office (I don't recall her name).

Left for work yesterday morning to find my water softener leaking all over my garage and the downstairs toilet overflowing. (side note: we've lived in the house for 2 weeks) I called Service Plus and the nice lady on the phone was able to schedule a tech to come to the house during my lunch break. Matt was on time and was super friendly. He fixed the simple water softener problem in a matter of seconds and took the time to explain upkeep and future replacement options with our thousand questions. He was also able to diagnose a faulty toilet quickly and schedule for the replacement according to our schedule today. Matt also took the time to look at our other toilets to make sure they were in working order in addition to answering all of our questions. Matt came back today to install the toilet and was on time once again and removed the old toilet, fixed an issue underneath, and installed the new toilet in less than an hour. I would absolutely call this company in a heartbeat for any other plumbing need and plan to use them (and hopefully Matt!) again to update and replace our other toilets in the near future. Every single person I've spoken to from this company has been super friendly, helpful, and patient and I am extremely happy! :)

These guys really saved me! Over the winter we had a pipe burst one evening at our rental property and these guys not only told my tenants how to turn the water off so no further damage was done but they were out first thing in the morning to fix it. Amazing costumer service and outstanding work and incredible prices ;)
