I hired them to do some plumbing and gas work. The price was right and the crew was very nice, courteous, and cleaned up the area well when they were done. They also showed up to work at the time they said they would and completed the work in a reasonable amount of time. The reason for the 3 stars is that one gas line was not tightened well and was leaking. I got some soapy solution which proved it was loose by the forming of bubbles, I tightened the fitting, used the soapy solution and no more bubbles so all good after that. This could have been a big problem with leaking gas so they need to be more careful and check that no gas is leaking before they depart the worksite.

This morning I was installing a new weather seal on the bottom of my 16ft garage door and before I'd gotten it two feet of the way on I realized this job required two people. No one was home to help me and I was about to give up when I noticed my neighbor was having something done by Service Plus Plumbing as they'd just pulled up in their vehicle. I approached one of the men and asked if he could help me. Without hesitation he said he would. David was very personable, clean, and wearing a mask. He helped me feed the seal onto the track and what would have been an impossible job for me alone, was finished within 10 minutes with his help. So I'd say that the PLUS in their name must stand for Plus Human Kindness, for that is what I experienced today. Should I ever need a plumber I'll make sure to request David for the job.

I finally found my receipt so this review is in reference to an installation of a water heater a little over a year ago. One of their techs came out, walked into the garage where the water heater was, looked at for 10 seconds and said "" It's going to cost 1,800.00 to replace it and included in the price was the replacement of the heat pump, all the flex hoses and lines on the top. This unit was a replacement for the prior one that lasted only 4 years, which got me thinking it was still under warranty. I called Ferguson plumbing supply and gave them a series of numbers on the unit that told them it had a 5 year warranty. I expressed this to the tech ( which according to the person at Service Plus said he should have asked me how old it was right from the get go but he had only been with them for 3 months and apologized for him) So his smile went blank and told me the new price was 850.00. He left to get the replacement so I went on some errands and my wife stayed at home just in case. When I returned, he was just finishing up and proceeded to tell me all the new BAD NEWS that he had discovered while I was gone. Out of the blue, our digital reader on top of our water softener all of a sudden stopped working, What? and the main copper line that feeds the water heater on top, suddenly developed a crack just before the on/off ball valve. What the.... He then informed me it would cost 165.00 to fix it. I was so angry at this point, I told him to leave and I would call the owner to find out what was he was going to do about this situation. I remembered a plumber we used to install a reverse osmosis system in our home when we moved in, called him and he was at our door in 30 minutes and fixed the ""broken pipe for 50.00. My bad on that one. It was at that point I realized the guy from Service Plus never replaced the heat pump or any of the other lines as he promised. When I called the owner to tell him and that the receipt had no breakdown on what he did, the person said she would send a detailed copy and have the owner call me. Well guess what...he'll no he didn't call back and yes I called again with the same results. The digital meter on my water softener cost me 500.00 to replace. Do yourself a favor and don't ever call Service Plus Plumbing. Need I say more?

We had a tankless water heater installed last week. I have to say this company was amazing they took great care of us with no issues. The price to have it done was surprisingly affordable. I love how small and tucked away the new heater is. I would recommend this company for any services.. GREAT JOB GUYS...

Vegas contractors are like underwear...you have to keep changing them...especially when some have a tendency to chafe. This holds especially true for plumbers.
I recommend getting at least 2 estimates (3 is better) and if you have a trusted friend who says ""I gotta guy""...go with it! That's exactly what I did --thank you, Mike W.!
Wife says, ""why is there no hot water, I know I paid the gas bill?"" Look in garage and find a huge puddle of water gushing from the 3 year old water heater.
Water splashes on everything -- including electronic equipment that was recently moved to make room for dad. Noooooo!!!! Note to self: Never delay putting away valuable items in garage.
After being completely disgusted with the previous plumbing co who installed the unit, then our home warranty plan (don't ever buy one) who refused to cover anything and wasted a whole day waiting for their joke of a plumber to charge a service call & try to overcharge for installation, I called up Justin and he had his guy David come out within a couple hours. David said to mention how ""devilishly handsome"" he is :).
A couple hours later, we were back in business with a new water heater and proper drain pan drainage tube.""
After this incident I may decide to go with a tankless water heater and will definitely get a bid from these guys once I'm ready.

Chris came to my home to and cleared our shower drain and another clog we had in a toilet. We have terrible plumbing in our home and Service Plus Plumbing was detailed and attentive in their work. Ever since they fixed my problems, the problems have not returned. Thank you Service Plus Plumbing!

I was referred to Matt of Service Plus Plumbing. I explained we have dripping leak at main water pressure valve & need to repair or replace. I gave him the model number & size of the valve.
Because we are selling this house, our preference was to replace with new valve to which he also felt was likely more cost effective considering the age.
I asked how much it might cost & he explained that depended on how much work was required which is understandable. But was willing to give a possible cost range, of course, depending on inspection.
He took my name & number & explained the office staff would call me to setup appointment which they did.
The office called me about 30 minutes before & Matt showed up on schedule.
He inspected the valve & quoted a price closer to bottom range rather than the high range which shows his honesty, unlike many con repair company's in Las Vegas.
He wasn't going to do any unnecessary work just to make more money.
I would recommend Matt & Service Plus Plumbing without hesitation.

If you want to be disappointed then call this company. Or, if you need a competent plumbing job done, skip this place and chose another company.
Had a clog. The guy that came made a real mess. I actually spent more time cleaning up after him, than the time it took him to try and repair my problem. By the way he did not correct the condition. And as it was getting close to 5 pm he said it is getting dark outside and would return another day.
Good luck on returning.
