I hired this company to come out and do a complete install. Furnace, A/C unit and water heater. All high efficiency. I couldn't be happier with the customer service I received from this company. Service Plus is an honest company to work with. The staff are professional and polite. When I requested a quote from them, they sent an experienced sales person that was not pushy. I decided to have them replace our entire system because I had a 22-year-old system. My two concerns were how quiet and reliable the Lennox system would be. It has proven to be quiet and, so far, reliable. Service Plus also solved the problem of air balancing and heating of our basement. The work was performed by Eddie M., Ramses T., and Gibran V. They all did a great job. They made sure that the carpet was protected and cleaned up when they were done. They went the extra mile to make sure we could program our thermostat and sinc it with our devices. (Thanks, Eddie!) I would recommend this company to everyone!

We are beyond satisfied with the work/installation of our new furnace and a/c at our home. When we purchased our home, we were told by the inspector that the furnace was very old and that it would need to be replaced in a near future. It made a loud noise when turned on and finding parts for it was very difficult, it took a lot of space and was not efficient by any means. Every time we changed out the filters they would be covered with layers of dust and it really concerned us that that was what we were breathing. We finally decided to look into replacing our furnace for something that would help us save money with our bills and that would have the capacity to warm our house in the winter and keep it cool in the summer. The current system didn't have the power to do that, my bedroom which is located in the top floor was very hot in the summer and cold in the winter, we had to put fans and space heaters to make the room feel comfortable.
We met with Cesar and talked about our concerns with our system. We were somewhat afraid about costs but soon those fears were gone because we were given options that would meet our needs and budget. Cesar knows what he is doing, he is very knowledgeable and explains with detail each option available. We were able to build our own ""package"" and felt very happy with the services.
Next step was replacing our old ice age system, Ramses did an excellent job making sure all was in place keeping us informed of anything that may come up and explaining when we had questions. We are so happy to have made this decision and not wait till winter time when we would be in a bad position without heat. Summer is coming and my home is set with the best smart system that not only saves money but cleans the air and keeps us at our max comfort level. Thank you Service Plus Mechanical!
