During the 2018 heatwave, my well pump died. Sam was the only one out of 8 businesses that returned my call on 4th of July week and said he wanted to help me get water back. (I believe it was 95 degrees that day). He worked with me on the price, and he explained everything to me on the way. He even taught me how to change the water filter after. I feel much more comfortable understanding the process better, and knowing that I have someone to call whenever I have plumbing issues. I was having issues with my well water storage tank. The pump kept short cycling which caused the water flow to stop/start. I had to resolve this immediately. I had no idea whether or not it would be bale to be fixed on such short notice. As soon as my new friends from Service Plus came out he assessed the problem and began working. I am so happy with the service & the thorough explanation they provide. This really made my day, I called late afternoon and before dinner time I am able to run the washer & dishwasher comfortably. My old 20 gallon is now a shiny new 32 gallon! Thanks guys!!

We could not be happier homeowners and would work with Service Plus again without hesitation. From start to finish we found Sam to be beyond professional and knowledgeable. He was up front about the challenges and possible solutions to our 70 year-old disorganized plumbing system. He removed the old pipes including an original corroding cast-iron pipe, and we now have a beautifully laid out mainline drainage system to our septic.
