I called to ask about a job, I'm not familiar with plumbing and I'm humble with my lack of knowledge in that field. The receptionist was rude and arrogant yelled at me an hung up in my face. Im pretty easy going and zero on the aggressive side I don't know what I did to get yelled at or belittled but I certainly don't appreciate it. Do not recommend!!!!

I called this local plumbing company for a quick and easy replacement of some bathroom sink shut off valves and requested a look at my tub drain under the house. Was told that the tub's drain P-trap needs to be replaced. I had them check it out as I know nothing of plumbing and trusted their opinion of the needed work. They returned the following Monday with a different plumber and he tells me it does not need to be replaced after all and then charged me another $120 fee. When I disputed the additional charge I was told by the owner ""Lady, if I crawl under your house, I'm charging you!"". My attempted to explain that I never would have had him back to ""crawl under my house"" if his company hadn't told me it was a needed repair, fell on deaf ears. He did agree to review it and call me back. Never did and when I called his office to follow up today, the woman who answered the phone (his wife?) said ""it's not that hard to figure out and doesn't know why I can't understand why I was charged again"" just before she proceeded to hang up on me. I was surprised by the lack of professionalism of this business. Warning to not trust them to know if further repairs are needed nor trust them on pricing for services.

Called on Monday and was told it would be Tuesday before they could come. It is now Wednesday at 3:00 PM and no plumber

I'm new to the area and was extremely hesitant and concerned about needing and finding a plumber . Well look no further ... Service Plumbing is outstanding! They were honest and transparent about what my needs were . Advised what work needs to be done . Explained what the minimum I could do to assist with costs . And recommended , with a full explanation ( that I as a layperson could understand ) what needed to be done for long term results . They are a permanent contact on my phone .
