They came to check a water pressure issue. 5 minutes after they wanted to charge us 150 bucks for the visit. When I scheduled the visit I was never told the fee was 150 bucks... it was never mentioned. I assumed it was going to be like the rate other companies work with. Even the guy who came to the house told me that they always seem to forget to tell clients about their insane rates for a visit. Misleading by withholding information. I do not recommend them.

Had them inspect and repair toilet. Ran camera and said all was clear, 2 weeks later had backup issues. They needed to snake (guess that camera scope was a waste of money). Charged to snake, and then 2 days later still same issues. Ended up calling in another plumbing company to do the job correctly.

Service plumbing installed all of my plumbing fixtures. We had a DTV smart system installed on our shower. They never programmed it right and it never worked right. It wound up going haywire on me so I called them to fix it. After multiple attempts, I had no luck in getting them to do the job right and had to hire someone else.

I have used them in the past and thought highly of them. Today I called with a problem. When I told the scheduler it couldn't wait a week she simply hung up on me. Needless to say I went somewhere else. Their motto should be ""don't count on us""

I called regarding a small leak in the attic. They said they would have someone there in two days. When they did not show up as scheduled I called, they did not have anyone to do the work. (why didn't you call me!) They finally got someone the were here for 10 minutes and used a little bit of material (They left more material in my attic than they used for the job). Then charged me way too much! Not a fan.

If you call Service Plumbing, prepare to be hosed. Their billing practices are unfair, bordering on corrupt. I recently had a clog in a sewer line that I couldn't get at with snake and called them up. One guy appeared, with sewer augur. He pulled the toilet, reamed the line, and reinstalled the toilet; it was all over in less than an hour. The work was good, no complaints. However, I received a bill for $500. When I complained I was told that was the standard fee for this sort of work regardless of how long it took. I was told that in auto shops, if a 10-hour job takes 9.5 hours, that's just how it goes. I'm prepared to pay a plumber $125 plus travel, and maybe a surcharge for a piece of equipment. $250 would have been reasonable. Not $500. Do not patronize.

The service man came to repair my sink and stole my wedding ring. I left a message for the owner with the person who answers the phone and nobody returned my call. I guest they are related. Beware once a thief always a thief. His name was Jason he did write me a receipt.

I decided to call this company after seeing their trucks working a few houses in my neighborhood. I needed an inspection and work to be done on a fixer that I just purchased. At first, my problem was minimized and then was told to hold while, ""she checked with the other girl's availability"" and then I was told that they are so behind other contract jobs that they are a month out to even survey what was needed. If you need someone right now...as most plumbing problems are of the ""right now"" nature. This is NOT your company!
