Just a short review for Service Plumbing that advertises """"Free consultation"""" and """"Free Estimtes"""". I called and said that I had a leak based on info from the water company. I was told Service Plumbing could send a technician but there would be a service charge of $75 unless I used the company and paid for remediation. Wow. That is not a free estimate at all. I am upset at their false advertising. I called another leak detection company that offered to do leak detection, provide a remediation estimate, charge nothing for the initial visit and estimate, and give $50 off because I said I was referred by Angie's List. FYI . . . . .Further I found that """"Leak Detection"""" is a specialized skill that not all plumbers are able to provide.

They did a great job. They suggested a better way to do the job we wanted and accomplished it very quickly. We love the new pump they installed on our water heater and it was worth every penny.

Called for a quote. Ridiculous!!! Lowe's had a price of $175.00 to install kitchen faucet. Service Pluming was proud of their quote of $265.00. Have had a quote of $125.00@hour. Think Service is quoting for the Villages or SE Ocala.

Do not call these people. You have to pay a $50 fee for them to come talk to you or give you an estimate. We were interested in either a tankless or hybrid water heater. The guy spent the whole time trying to talk us out of anything but a maintenance agreement - like he didn't want to have to actually work. He also knew very little about the cost of the electric water heaters. When I asked for a refund they ignored me completely.

They left us high and dry! Our home warranty company sent the out to repair our tankless water heater on the 8th. They went to pick up the part on the 10th but it was not there so they asked for another pick up fee to pick it up when it arrived. Initially, our home warranty said no but then approved the charge and told them to proceed with the repair. On the 16th, the plumbing company called us and said the home warranty company cancelled the contract with them and they could not install the new water heater. This was a flat out lie! The home warranty company did not cancel the contract. When I called the home warranty, they put me on hold to call the plumbing company and they said the plumbing company declined to finish the work. When the plumber came out, he looked like a homeless person and did not seem to know what he was doing anyway. The office personnel were very rude as well and not one bit helpful. Steer clear of this plumbing company.

Hired them to replace my tub drain in my home December 2017. Not professional at all. I have a toddler and they were tracking dirt all through my home which I had to mop the floor after I was done. They tore away alot of insulation that was around the tub drain under the house so badly the I can see the dirt ground from the access door in the house so I am going to have to crawl under the house and fix it before I have bugs and who knows what in my house. And number three is that it's been over a week and I still have yet to receive a receipt of service. The plumbers said it would be emailed and even writing it down twice for them, I still have not received it. I'm not sure if they did me dirty because I asked for the $30 new customers discount they offer or this is how they treat everyone, but I promise you I WILL NOT be a returning customer and never recommend.

This is one of the best businesses I have EVER dealt with!! Chris you are fantabulous!!! I had a clogged cast iron tub with cast iron pipes at my Shamrock Historic Inn in Ocala, Fl. And Chris came to my rescue on a Saturday!!!! Thank you so much and I look forward to doing business with you agin real soon and telling all my friends and family that I found an amazing plumber, that's not a franchise but a local independently owned business!!!!!! I had Service Plumbing come out to repair my kitchen sink trap that was leaking. Prompt service, arrived at the appointment time and had everything on the truck to complete my repair in under 1 hour. I will use them again.

Job not by the hour but by the job. Great quality work with a warranty. Thanks Joe. I will use them again. Happy with the work. Used hospital couplings on the water system. That tells me that is a job well done. Did not make a big mess either.
