In 1987, Service One opened its doors, delivering maintenance, repair, and replacement for commercial plumbing, air conditioning, and heating systems. Additionally, Service One offers insulation, radiant barrier, and air quality services. As an authorized Premier Trane Comfort Specialist dealer, Service One services all makes and models. We employ only in-house, background-checked, uniformed, EPA Certified, State registered, and factory trained service technicians. Licensed by the State of Texas, Service One is fully insured to ensure your safety. Service One uses a flat rate pricing model that removes the uncertainties of hourly rates. Service One will assess any issue and provide you with an upfront, honest price for the complete repair before any work begins. Service One started in 1987 with a fresh perspective on home services, placing customer satisfaction as the top priority. Over the years, Service One has evolved, but our founding principles have remained unchanged and continue to be a cornerstone of our company for nearly 30 years!
