We bought a Trane unit from Service One last July and have had nothing but trouble. We can't get the owner to return phone calls, they don't have service men that know how to work on Trane and I would never recommend this headache to anyone. He sent out 2 of his guys to work on the BRAND NEW unit and they ended up in the ER because of a light they knew nothing about burning their eyes. I'm now looking at my ceiling in my kitchen where one of his techs came out for a regular service call, but didn't reattach a pipe correctly and it leaked and my ceiling is now ruined with water spots and cracking. We have called the office, left messages and no one calls back, we've called the owner and he never calls back, we've emailed with no response, next step is getting an attorney. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

First and foremost I want to say there are not enough stars to give you at this time. Our daughter who was here visiting turned on the bath tub and could not get it to turn off. We could not get the water off and did not know where to turn it off from the main valve. We called numerous companies who were just too booked up until next week which would have left us with a dilemma. You guys were the only ones who came out within 10 minutes and fixed everything in a timely manner and truth be told the price was not that bad for such an emergency. Thank you to the person who answered the phone and who was so pleasant. Basically not making me feel so bad because I did not know what to do and definitely thank you Michael who fixed the issue. You guys are way too phenomal.

On 8 25/20 this company was sent by American Home Shield for a claim of non cooling AC , they sent a tech to do a diagnosis and suggested to change the air compressor , we were charged for this repair $1500 out of pocket , this didn't work and they sent a second tech a week later who made a different diagnosis and suggested a different repair , this time $1445 out of pocket and also didn't work, then "it must be the board" but you have to buy a new board because AHS will not pay for it and also didn't work, then we stopped .
No way to make them responsible for this lack of competency
Terrible diagnosis of the problem, multiple technicians with no knowledge and poor repair , we had to go to another company to fix the bad work done with poor materials they used the cheapest compressor in the market.
I would not recommend to anyone I don't know how AHS uses this company

I was very impressed by the willingness to explain the reasons why my Air Conditioning Unit wasn't working. Their explanations made sense and I got the impression they were interested in fixing the actual problem vs. figuring out ways to charge me for unnecessary services. Thus far their solution worked and I am currently sitting in a cool home during the Texas summer.

LOVE that the reviews are as HORRIBLE as they are! And I couldn't agree more!!! They sent a "tech" that literally told us she JUST started working on air conditioners- we caught her looking on her phone for how to do the work!!!! FAST FORWARD... after she took over an hour to do our paperwork it was mainly to sell us 2 new units WE DON'T need!! On top of that the work was HORRIFIC- we now have water leaking from the "work" she didn't do correctly. Wendy called me this morning when I called about WATER LEAKING FROM THE EXACT SPOT SHE WORKED, and she said "well, we don't cover water damage!"... are you kidding me? We will see about that!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! They ONLY care about selling you a new unit!!! PERIOD!!!!called the BBB and filed a report!!!!

Our air conditioning went out and the upstairs soon became very warm. Quick response and Doug showed up and found a bad capacitor. Got it fixed quickly and AHS covered the cost. Recommend Doug.

This company was horrible! They presented a board to AHS that was not ours and said we had a power surge...it was not our board! Technician did not know what he was doing.

Turns out there was one thing on the board that was bad. HORRIBLE COMPANY!

AHS and all other customers beware. Our AC stopped working and AHS assigned this company. The guy was late and, after 10 minutes outside around the unit, he claimed our AC compressor was bad AND that we'd need to pay $1700 out of pocket to bring our 2010 unit up to code (he said they couldn't replace the compressor without bringing it up to code). The guy must write this up often as he said he's had this happen with many other customers and he was confident AHS wouldn't cover the cost to bring up to code. I get a call later on from a guy at the main Service One office who went so far as to introduce the idea of replacing the entire unit with 72 months financing and a 10 year warranty (also advising that AHS would offer a small pay out if we went this route). I called AHS asking for a second opinion and, sure enough, the next company replaced the capacitor, a piece in the attic, and added two pounds of refrigerant ($50 out of pocket); Voilà, my AC is back online and running perfectly.

If AHS assigns this vendor, call them and ask for a different vendor unless you are willing to fork up cash unnecessarily.
