I've been reading the reading some of the reviews and I don't know what some of these people are talking about. I have had excellent service from Service Now Plumbing! When my water lines sprung a leak i called and they had a technician (Bryan) come out right away. He explained what had happened and what needed to be done. He gave me a great price and had the job done quickly. I have already recommend this company to several friends. Thank You to Bryan and Service Now Plumbing

If I could give this place 10 stars I would for sure. Our water heater broke and our insurance said to wait another week or so till they send their technician to fix it. I called Service Now Plumbing and they send Isaac Lawson to fix it. Omg let me tell you this, not only he was an amazing person and friendly but he did a phenomenal job. I recommend Service Now Plumbing to everyone, specially Isaac Lawson. He is such a hard working person and he has an excellent customer service.

Recently, I came home from work and my bathroom was flooded with water. I called Service Now Plumbing and was happy to hear they would send someone out immediately. Shortly after, the technician, Bryan Mckee, arrived. He was friendly, extremely knowledgeable and had the problem fixed in no time. He was very quick and left the space cleaner than it had been before the issue. If you want fast service, friendly professionals and a job done right.... I definitely recommend Service Now for any plumbing needs!!

This company doesn't even deserve one star. My landlord called because I didn't have hot water and something was wrong with my water heater. The technician was supposed to arrive at 8 am. At 815, I called to see if anyone was coming and they apologized because they forgot and someone was on the way. I was told Greg would be there in 15 min. Umm, 35 min later, Greg arrives. I opened my garage door (water heater is in the garage) and met him out front. He was angry I didn't allow him to knock on the front door. He was also angry I wasn't the owner. Without looking at the water heater, he proceeded back to his truck to call the owner. I noticed he was yelling in his truck, and even hitting the dash in anger. I'm thinking, who the heck is this guy....late, angry....isn't he supposed to be professional? Providing a service? Then he knocked on the door and said he was leaving. My landlord called me back to inform this guy tried to tell them repairs would cost $750 and he would need to go buy parts at Home Depot! He apparently was screaming at my landlord on the phone and she told him to leave. What a waste of my morning! And what company doesn't call to say they are running late? We called Armstrong plumbing and the guy showed up on time and fixed the problem in 15 min for $600 less. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY!

BEWARE. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
My property manager called this morning and said the water main was out to a duplex I own, and it would be $4,000.00 to repair. When I arrived the repairman from Service Now Plumbing said it was old galvanized waterline and had to be replaced. The repairman had not even dug down to the leak to determine the cause. I said it was a plastic line and please patch it. He said it would take all day and be $1,000.00. My tenant and his Dad volunteered to repair it. It took them about an hour, and a fifty cent elbow. The employee is either incompetent or dishonest, either way do not use this company!!!!

After calling other plumbing companies and getting brushed off, I called Jimmy at Service Now and was pleasantly surprised. Jimmy is very friendly and knew exactly what permit I needed in order to install an entire new waterline to my place of business. I read the reviews and these guys do great work on small plumbing jobs and snaking pipes but can also do major plumbing installations that require some serious machinery and tools. Jimmy is an excellent problem solver and will do whatever it takes to get your job done correctly and quickly. I HIGHLY recommend him and his company, Service Now Plumbing!!

I am shocked by the previous reviews. We had nothing but extraordinary service from this company. From the service on the phone, to the owner coming out, to the repair technician, we've never had service from any trade like this before! We had a hot water tank installed by this company 6 years ago which went out last week. Jimmy, the owner, came out immediately and even though our labor warranty was over, he took care of us above and beyond any possible expectation. I've referred my dad to them for his tank replacement and will definitely use them next time I need a plumber. No company will have perfect reviews or technicians but their service was perfect to us.
