Do not use Service Now. They will not do what they say they will, once they have been paid despite a written contract. I paid them $16,000 dollars for a complete home a/c system 7 months ago and now no one will return my calls or texts. Mr. Sanchez, the sales person, lied about their servicing my system and the follow up to complete the installation of duct work. Now I will be out more money to get the installation completed.

How my husband and I terribly miss the Service Now team in Del Rio. They were so dependable, knowledgeable, just completely awesome. They installed a heat pump in our home we purchased 2004, and took care of us until we sold our house and moved to Austin. We are now purchasing our next home but unfortunately, they do not service a longer distance, unfortunate for us. My husband and I have trusted Service Now from day one, so 15 years later, I've just called and spoke to Art for advice as well as for a possible company in our area that provides the same identical service that Service Now provided for us when we were in their coverage area. Personal note: Service Now team, please continue with your awesome service, you all make a great team. We appreciate you all and we miss you now. Thank you, thank you, thank you

Aldolpho Cadena was my contact when I approached Comfort Tech to have a natural gas hook up completed to my home. The line was brought to my house and all I was waiting on was for Mr. Cadena to complete the hookup of the meter and gas line into my house. He has been to my home at least 3 times since the line was installed. After two weeks and not hearing from him, I called the office. He returned my call on Monday 15 Aug 2016 and we made arrangements for him to complete the install on Wednesday morning, 17 Aug. He shows up at 9:50 am. Makes a few measurements and says he is going back to the shop to build the connection, get the meter, get the permit and finish the job. Never showed back up. Called today. Another excuse. Fired him on the spot. Also let his company know why I did.

Fast, friendly reliable service! Ed was out here at the time he said he would be, explained exactly what was needed, and got the job done! Had our AC up and running efficiently again in no time. Great price and great service.
