They are late to respond to a request for service by several days. They then give a service appointment window s to when they will come. For example 9-11 am. I waited the two hours and then called to see why they didn't come. The phone service says I called at 7:50 to say he was coming earlier but you didn't respond so they just decided not to bother coming. They then scheduled out by two more weeks. We will not be attempting to use this company again. O

Terrible people Brad and his Mom Sharon have some issues with phone messages and Brad makes you call through his mom to get him to call back. Any interaction with them takes days to follow up. His mom is a piece of work. We found a NICE efficient plumber who answered his phone and didn't have a mean woman like Sharon handling schedules.

Called regarding a service call to fix a leaking T&P valve on a AO Smith gas water heater per AO Smith referral. AO Smith gave me a an Authorization number. SERVICE NOW told me the T&P valve leak is not covered since its a part. I looked up the AO Smith warranty for my water heater. It said parts are covered for six years! That is exactly the information I received from AO Smith. The person I talked to at SERVICE NOW went on to say to me that she checked with the billing person and he too confirmed that the T&P valve is not covered by AO SMITH. I think SERVICE NOW was deceptively saying parts are not covered by the Warranty because she might be able to charge me more than the amount AO Smith pay her for the repair I would not recommend SERVICE NOW because my experience with them made me conclude that they are not honest.

Beyond being a master plumber, the best I've dealt with in 20 years living in Santa Barbara, he is also a gifted problem solver. He corrected an incomplete installation of a new water heater and then did a lengthy trouble shooting on a flawed integration of my hot water and the heating system which utilized hot water. It took time, but it was well spent and the problem was solved. I would highly recommend Brad (Service Now) for any plumbing related problem you might have. He is very easy to deal with, he focusses on solving the problem at hand in the most expeditious way possible and is reasonable in his billing.

After my water heater stopped working, I had a different company look at it and, with only a cursory look, immediately told me it had to be replaced. Brad came out today and actually inspected the heater, diagnosed and fixed the problem. Brad is incredibly knowledgeable, professional and engaging. Next time I have any heating or plumbing problem, I'll be giving Brad a call.
