Absolutely terrible. This company was hired by our home warranty. Reading the other reviews makes me sick. The SAME thing happened to us, they flooded our bathroom and we now have a disaster remediation crew to dry our house out. Again, no offers to help with the damage they caused. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

This company is absolutely terrible. We had to use this company because of our home warranty. If we had to do it all over again we would have never used this company and opted to pay a real plumber. These incompetent, rude, and classless individuals flooded my crawl space on 2 separate occasions and provided no clean up or remedy of any kind. The incompetence I witness was truly astounding so much so I had an actual plumber come fix their dreadful work. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. If you have a home warranty that is making you use this company just go elsewhere it is well worth the cost. The plumbers did not clean up after themselves or fix the damage they created like the massive hole in my wall or my flooded crawl space (twice). The plumbers stomped around my house in their dirty shoes and left frequently for parts. In fact we waited one week for them to get the correct part and when the plumber arrived a week later he promptly went to the store for a part! An illustration of their absolute incompetence. Service Network Plumbing & Heating caused more damage to my home than existed before they were contracted by my home warranty company. I hope this review saves someone from the horrors that Service Network Plumbing and Heating created for me and my home.

Haven't even had service and already hate this company . Received a message on Monday saying they would be to put on Wednesday to take care of my broken air conditioning . When I called to see the actual time I was told they weren't coming till Friday . I'm sitting in a house with no air in the middle of summer and now after taking Wednesday off work they aren't coming . The woman Judy who called was nasty and rude . She proceeded to tell me it's not her problem that HER company called me and scheduled me for Wednesday and there was nothing she would do to make it right . She told me they never called and when I called her and told her I have the voicemail she told me it was too bad basically . Nasty , nasty woman . Hopefully they can fix it and surpass their other horrible reviews .

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! I wish I could give zero stars! Incompetent techs and even worse customer service!! If you are not pleased with the work the owner will just call and say ""well call a different company, we don't want to work with you"". Our situation is MUCH worse now than it was before they came into our home.

Long story -- Bought a house with a boiler for heat and hot water. Boiler started to go into lockout every few hours so I had four or five companies out for at least an hour each time to diagnose and do any maintenance that was required. Most of these folks did not know what they were doing and quoted thousands for repairs and almost tens of thousands for replacement. Along the way, got ripped off - Applewood charged me about $300 to replace a thermostat - and was constantly stressed. FINALLY, I found Service Network contact information left stuck away by the previous owners, called them, and Justin came out the same day and cleaned a sensor - 20 minutes and about $150 for a service call. Heat and hot water work perfectly now. Obviously knows what he is doing! So I purchased the Maintenance program and am so happy to have that stress gone after a year and a half.

This company was hired by my home warranty company to replace a leaking evaporative cooler. The manager botched the installation, installed 2 of the 4 pads upside down (my kitchen contractor noticed water just running off my roof and fixed the issue). Whenever we ran the unit on high it would overheat and turn off so Service Network sent someone to look at the unit whose first words were ""I don't why they sent me as I don't work on these-do you want to buy an air conditioner"". He had to ask my kitchen contractor alot of questions then agreed the motor was bad. He took the motor without telling me they had to send away for another motor and it left me without any AC for 5 days in 100 degree weather. (at least the unit had worked on low and was keeping the house cool) Service Network sent the manager out again with the replacement motor which was also bad. No word from them-when I called 5 days later I was told the part hadn't even been ordered. Since then (11 days now) I have not gotten a call back nor is there any future installation appointment.
