I called Service Lion on Friday January 6th. I'm very pleased with the on time and the work..Oscar came out and found out the root cause why our electrical bedroom sockets weren't working...there were several situations over the years, where the wiring wasn't up to code...I'm so thankful for Oscar's experience...now I'm having the sub- panel replaced as well...and I want to give Manny for his professionalism as well.....Mike and Debra Virgin- La Habra...

Oscar O. Real punctual he was at my house when they said he was scheduled to be at my house.
I install 2 ceiling fans and not getting no power, Oscar trouble shot the problem and got it to work, he even told me about how not to connect the wires on the light switch I installed. He was real knowledgeable, I would call him back with no hesitation .

I guess the only way to get customer service is to post a bad review. At first everything was fine. I even updated my electrical system per the technician's recommendation AND joined the membership program. Fast forward 2 weeks later and the same issue happens. This time when I called...nothing. All the numbers hang up on you even during office hours. The live chat is glitchy and even they provided a wrong number! I wish I would have gone with a more reliable company. I'm out thousands of dollars and still have the same issue. My advice right now is DON'T USE THIS COMPANY. They were all smilies when I had my credit care handy. Now that it's time for them to come through - they are nowhere to be found. I'm disappointed, save yourself the disappointment.

Bought a furnace over a year ago. Had issues throughout and a major mis-communication/disconnect with the manager at the time.

The owner was unaware of these issues and only until recently, when I wrote my previous review, did he contact me.

It was finally determined that my new, high end furnace was faulty. Brian and team made good and replaced the furnace, which is working nicely.

I would recommend them as they will stand by their products and work. The technicians are always professional and mostly on time which is understandable because sometimes the jobs take longer then expected and the traffic is terrible. They typically update you if running behind.

I had an electrical project that I couldn't find anyone to do. Excalibur/Service Lion (they are merging) got the job done. We had some scheduling problems due to my and their work loads but we got it done and they came back to do the final adjustments and test (running the house off a portable generator with a manual switch). I didn't have a tight deadline and hopefully I won't need to use it all that often, but it is there and works a lot better than running extension cords through the house. If you have a portable generator and don't have a transfer switch, give them a call.

We had an outage with a few of our outlets. We contacted a few electricians on Yelp and service lion was the one who responded and was very accommodating with our schedule. Robert came out to the house. He was very professional and went above and beyond to find the outage. He went up to the attic and even crawled under the house. He was able to fix our problem and it was a very reasonable price. Thank you so much Robert for your amazing work and professionalism. I highly recommend this company and especially Robert the electrician.

Company charged $50 for an estimate only after they showed up. I was sure that they didn't indicate that when I initially talked to them over the phone. I think it's pretty shady. No other contractor asked to charge for estimating the work. Lesson learned...clarify what it costs for estimating the work before they come over, or better yet don't have them come over if they charge you for estimating the work.

I wish I could give more than 5 stars! From the initial request for information we experienced fast and detailed responses and were able to get someone out to provide an estimate during the time window that worked best for me and my husband. I was told the electrician would call me prior to arrival and Robert called to give us his ETA and was right on time. My husband explained our issues and what we were looking for with our outlets and Robert worked with us on the estimate which was great for us being first time homeowners. He got right to work and cleaned up spots as he worked which was awesome! We have had several techs for other projects come out and leave huge messes and dirty handprints on the walls but Robert took care in our house like it was his own. It was so refreshing to have a friendly service with someone that knows what they're doing! He finished the job pretty quickly, walked me through the house to show that everything worked as expected, and answered some additional questions I had after. After the service was completed I got a follow up call from the company asking how the service was and she answered some more questions I had. Overall it was the best experience we have had EVER we are so happy with the service we received Robert and the team are excellent and we will be using this company for all future projects.
