10/10 for customer service and a 10/10 for professionalism. We had an outlet issue today and Oscar had come to help us out. He was very informative and knowledgeable about the issue and was able to provide an efficient solution. He was super nice and we really appreciated his help!

Steve (HVAC) and Jacob (electrician) came out today to resolve my inoperable HVAC system. Both were polite, efficient, courteous and very professional.
Both identified the issue in their respective areas of expertise very quickly, and were able to correct the issues while I waited.

They were great and I would have zero reservations about using ServiceLion again.

We had an AC problem. Tech came after 5 as we were informed by the office. Extremely hot weather, had to be fixed for my 95 year old mothers home. Tech JD recommended replacing 2 parts and adding a 3rd that was not on the unit. Hmm? All quotes included their 'Membership' program discount. We got 3 estimates including all parts and less parts, which all seemed high. We had them only replace a capacitor that supposedly was a $400 part. With labor etc charge was a bit over $500. Declined the monthly $14.95 Membership - 2x a year maintenance plan. Turns out the original equipment capacitor from Carrier only costs $21-22. Big markup over 1000%. Buyer beware. Get 2 estimates. Never again with Service Lion.

We had a power outage at our house this morning, and we could not understand exactly why. We called Sevice Lion to see if an electrician could come out to take a look at our panels. Not only did Oscar arrive very promptly within 20 mins of the call, but he was able to identify the issue and repair it within an hour of his arrival. I can not thank Oscar enough for his diligence and prompt service. My family Truly appreciates you and all your colleagues at Service Lion.

They came out to our house to check the air conditioner and said they would come back tomorrow. Didn't hear from their office so I called them around 11 am. The girl ""checked"" and said they would be arriving between 4-6 pm.
At 5:35 pm I called the office and was told they would find out when they would be here. It's now 6:08 pm. No show. Missed my 9 yr old grandson baseball game waiting for nothing.

We called the technicians to come out and investigate an unpleasant smell coming from our shower. Mike and Will showed up on time and we're friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. They flushed out our tankless heater in a swift manner, cleaned the filter (to help water- pressure) and they even took a look at our broken HVAC for us free of charge. Pricing and payment was transparent and easy. Most helpful and honest plumbers I've ever had come out to the house. Will definitely be working with them in the future.

I called them for what was an easy electrical fix and not only was their service diagnostic fee reasonable, Oscar showed in the allotted time window given and went beyond the call of service to advise on other questions I had for him and offered a warranty/maintenance service to avoid future mishaps and maintenance issues. By far one of the most professional electrical fix it experiences as a 30 plus year homeowner. Highly recommended!

Great service, start to finish! Robert M. was very efficient, professional and reliable. Needed a quick outlet fix for a new electric dryer. We didn't have an outlet for it,but Service Lion came in an hour and made an outlet for us. It was done in less than 1 hour. Everything was perfect. Called in and got their service on the day itself. Our family found our ""go to"" service providers for our house needs! We feel safe and we trust their good services.

Beware! They came to service the AC and filled refrigerant. I later found out they charged me 2x to 3x the price of other competitors for the exact same service. Their quote for a new evaporator was also highly marked up. Much like used car salesman, do get other quotes if you decide to do business with them. Companies like these that highly overcharge and try to push you to do immediate repairs don't really care about having repeat, loyal customers. There's always the next sucker around the corner. While what they are doing isn't illegal, it definitely leaves a very bad taste. I would never use them again.

BEWARE.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

In March while I was having my bathroom remodeled, I noticed that air wasn't coming through the air ducts. So, I called Service Line to come do an inspection. The service guy, Robert, showed up for the visit. After inspecting the duct work in the attic, he informed me that all of the new duct work ( which was installed about two years prior by a company they bought out) needed to be - not only repaired- but replaced throughout.
He offered me three tiers of replacement starting at around $6000-$10000. I asked him if they would be responsible for the work the original company put in (the one they bought out) and his response was, ""our company only assumed the client information, but we're not responsible for any work they did."" I told him that I would have to wait to consult with the co-owner of the house before I made any decision. He initially understood my position, but after leaving, he came back and tried to convince me that the work needed to be done right away, and also stated, "" come on, man. My guys need work.""

OK...

So, in the meantime I got a second opinion. The results of the second opinion countered everything he was selling me. I had pictures and video to back up my claim.

After knowing this, I called the company and asked to speak with a supervisor and or the owner of the company. I never received a call back. It wasn't until I threatened legal action and contacting the BBB, that I received a call.

They notified me that they would replace / repair any suspicious ductwork. Fortunately, they were in and out in about an hour.

There was no ductwork that needed repairing or replacing. The only repair that needed to be done was a very slightly twisted duct that was most likely negligible.

Upon changing the filter, the AC unit ran like a dream, and has worked perfectly since.

This company does not operate on values, honesty, or integrity. They simply are trying to make a buck. And, to top it off, at the time of their initial visit, I was disabled and lacked the ability to assess the problem myself.

In the meantime after being a loyal customer since 2015, I have discontinued my service with Service Lion.
