P U.Where do I begin? The quick and short of it...Call them and let them be your hero! I can't tell you how many companies I've dealt with over the years. They ALL left me with a sour taste in my mouth. I hated that we needed to find yet another company, but we were stuck. We happen to run into a service tech while he was at lunch. Guess what, they added us to the call list for that day. They showed up some hours later and started the diagnostics. They were even patient with us as we asked questions along the way. They fixed our AC, double checked that the furnace was still working and left us with a smile. (Checking the furnace was a big deal. I had one company fix my AC by bypassing the heat. Winter came and I had to call again to fix the heater!) If I could afford it, I would hire one of those banner airplanes to fly around to advertise for them. James and Isaiah truly lived up to their company name. Service Hero!! Thanks guys.
Just so you know, online reviews are RARE for me. However, I had to make an exception for this exceptional work. Call them!!!
