This company responded quickly to my request for service and offered to help me with a water softener installation project, but their quote was four times the price of the service I chose and three times the price of the second most expensive quote I received. Over $12k for a water softener install! Maybe they provide good service but at that price no thank you.

Could've been better is right, Service Hero just bought out Rescue Rooter, made all their long time employees wait 60 - 90 days for benefits. Terrible for these loyal employees keeping your business going, making them explain the buy out. I've used Rescue Rooter for more than 20 years. Shawntell who answered the phone was very rude, refused to transfer my call to someone that could help me simply because she couldn't figure out when I said 1013xxxx, 1013xxxx that I was saying 2 different invoice numbers, not one. Instead she argued invoice numbers are 9 numbers when in fact they are only 8. She put me on hold and refused to come back to the phone, it went back into the introduction phone message. I had to call a fifth time trying to figure out how to obtain the member savings (10%) as shown on the actual invoice, apparently nobody knows what this is about. At least Marianna will have someone return my call, AND she provided me a phone number to reach her directly if I didn't hear back. Shawntell needs to learn customer service if you're going to have her be the first person the customer talks to, especially if you're having them do research and find invoices before they can even transfer you to someone that can help. There must be a better way.

After spending time discussing about scheduling. No one turned up for consultation. Had a bad experience would not recommend this to a friend as it turns out to be waste of time.
