These guys used to be great. They did some good work for us in the past. But for the last year or so weird things have been happening. April is nice on the phone, but she says ""so and so will call you back"" and either they don't call at all, or they argue with you about what you want done, and then they don't return your calls. Most recently a plumber came out and said he would have to remove two toilets completely in order to snake out a drain. So what are the drain cleanouts for? And then I again never heard back from them even to schedule their crazy plan. No longer trustworthy. Sad.

Disappointed with this company. A pro is that they responded quickly but that was the only pro. We hired them to do a couple minor repairs. Steve was our serviceman. But, these simple repairs weren't all repaired correctly, and actually made a leak worse than it was before. Called same day to complain, was not called back, called again, given the run around that someone would come out but they didn't, few days later appointment was scheduled and then cancelled, and scheduled again. Just wanted the repairs done right and the second time around repair should have been a priority. Unacceptable practices and definitely charged too much for the service received. Couldn't recommend if you want it done right the first time and in a professional manner.

Called them to install a water heater. They plumbed it in wrong; no hot water was coming out. They came back and fixed that but three of the lines have slow leaks, hardly noticeable but for the calcium deposits that developed over time. They will not come out to fix those because we were just over a year getting back to them. Now the leaks are worse. So, after several attempts to get them to do something, I've decided to post this message. Don't expect service from Service Giant.

UPDATE: After my last email to them indicating that I would write the above review, they came back out in short order, spent the few minutes to fix the problem and did not charge me. I think it was a matter of talking to the right person and I am hereby retracting my initial assessment and will use them again.

Scott Hall was great! I was referred to Service Giant through AHS home warranty service. I was skeptical because I haven't had the best experience with the warranty service providers, but this time was totally different. Scott's arrival was timely, he was professional, and explained what was going on throughout the process. I felt very comfortable with what he was telling me and confident that he was going to resolve my problems. He even negotiated with the warranty company to reduce my out of pocket costs. I had a clogged main sewer drain and a leaking kitchen sink pipe. He repaired both issues in just over an hour. I would definitely call this company again.

When I called to explain our plumbing situation and get an estimate, April was phenomenal! She was very professional, upbeat and eager to get someone out to our house.
In fact, she specifically wanted the manager Joe to come out-she couldn't say enough nice things about him and his professionalism.
She got back to me within a couple hours and let me know Joe would be to our home in 30 minutes.
Joe showed up on time and was nice, courteous, professional, honest and funny:)
He gave us a great deal to rework some plumbing on our laundry room renovation.
I would recommend them to anyone and everyone I know. They are fair and courteous! It's very hard to find this type of professionalism these days:)

They did a great job. Very knowledgable and I would say best plumbers in Waterford MI. Pricing was good also. Not the cheapest, but not expensive. I've used cheaper guys and you get what you pay for.
