Great service and fast! Technician was thorough and clean.

Service experts is by far the worst ac company around, about 4 years ago my unit was freezing up the tech said I had a leak in the evaporator coil, however he proceeded to put over 300 dollars in Freon that leaked out as fast as he put it in, so I had the entire system replaced. 2 years later I developed the same leak, the tech stated that the cause was defective manufacturing, currently once year I have to add Freon until I can find a company that installs quality parts don't do business with this company.

This used to be a good company. I used them last year and then the week after they checked my AC unit for maintenance, my unit broke and I had to call them again for repair. I did not think of it much then so I called again for this summer and asked a service maintenance for my AC unit. Upon finishing their maintenance last July, they did a maintenance on our AC and the person that cleaned it did not do any ""cleaning"" at all. The unit was still filled with leaves and did not bother to clean the vent. He wrote a bunch of ""weak"" points on his report and said a lot of things he wants us to pay for. I know my AC is older that is why I get it maintained twice a year so nothing bad happens. After this, I called the company to report the dissatisfaction I have felt of the service and the lady said she will just take note if it and there was no offer of following it up or giving my money back or sending a person to check my unit again. After a week, my unit busted and started blowing off warm air and I called a new company to do it and they fixed it within an hour on a weekend! The new company service technician reported to me that the technician of Service Experts could have prevented this of happening when he did a maintenance and that he did not even clean our condenser. I am very disappointed with the service of Service Experts. I hope nobody has to go through the ordeal I went through with them.

Some companies have integrity and some don't. This one doesn't. They came around noon on the same day I called them, and I was impressed. It's August in the south. They said my unit was frozen and they would have to come back in a couple of hours. They finally showed up at 6pm. He said I had a Freon leak and all he could do at that time was fill it (it takes R22). I really had no choice at that point, since it was so late and I couldn't take another day off work. He said he only had about 2 pounds left in his tank, but somehow he miraculously put in 4, and charged me $759. I found out later that night that another company in my town (Ice Cold A/C and Heating) only charges $70 per pound for R22! I wish I had never called these people. I'm pretty sure I was given the ""woman price"". The invoice said that the technician had advised against filling it with Freon, but that never happened. He told me I probably had multiple leaks, but his detector had stopped working after he found the first one, and he said I should probably just buy a new unit because it would be too expensive to repair. Beware of this company, especially women! The good news is that I had Ice Cold install a whole new system for about $4,000 less than what I was quoted by Service Experts.
