This is the worst company I might of ever had the displeasure in dealing with. 9/2/17 they came to my home to do service on an AC unit sold me a $600.00+ new fan motor. Also at that time told me how I should have a service contract. sold me a additional service contract for $145.00.This contract stated they where to come out quarterly to do maintenance.11 months go by no one calls no one shows up.In the mail I receive a renewal letter for another year.I contacted the company I expressed NO way I was going to Resubscribe you never showed up the first time.I want a refund of my $145.00 . Young lady on the phone say we tried to call you 3 times in 11 month and where unable to connect with you therefore you are not entitled to a refund. Turns out they had the wrong number nothing changed on my end they just wrote it down wrong or typed it into there system wrong.So i express to this young lady 3x in a year so each quarter for the past 3 quarters to called ONCE.I then expressed concern over the fact they did not have an issue reaching out to me via mail stating they have not been able to contact us via the information they have please call the off to schedule your maintenance or heck even an email.She exclaimed no 3 calls is enough and she was not willing to refund the $145.00.These people are 100% rip off artist they took our money did not for fill there end of the contract did not make reasonable effort to even do so..BUYER BEWARE please do your self a favor and call a company not out to rip you off.

Nice service technicians but call center and scheduling are not great. I signed up for Ultimate Protection plan so maintainence is free. Twice now when making an appointment for standard maintenance the techs have showed up at the wrong date/time. Not their fault since they are routed there but it was not my scheduled date. They also say they will call prior to coming but that is not the case.

Just had them come out. Yearly service. I haven't been very kind. It feels like they were great 4 yrs ago and slowly the service has deteriorated to the point where everyone just seemed overwhelmed, specially the people answering the phone. I understand I guess, nothing in America is the same anymore. Anyway. There service technician Farad Bashir was wonderful. He reminded me of why I went there in the first place. In his own way, he explained how they're trying their best to get things turned around. I believe him. I know there's a lot of negative posts. I totally understand. this was just my experience. I'm willing to hang in there. And as far as Service Experts goes, don't take your employees for granted. Farad Bashir is a good one.

My father, at the age of 86, was convinced by someone in this company to replace a 7 year old air conditioner with a 10 year lease on a product that is """"not"""" owned by him at the end of the lease. He was paying $284 a month. The math says that he will have paid $34,080 at the end of the lease for the most expensive air conditioner on the market, but the value of it is really $12,000. Use caution in using this company, especially the leasing half of the company. They will tell you the value in the contract is in the service plan. Sure, fixing manufacturers defects, on a unit with a 10 year warranty from the manufacturer, or replacing $12 filters for 10 years is worth that much money. So I give them 1 star only because I can't give them zero.

We're had to get extra filters due to my health conditions. Plus when I used to call, I was able to get a service person out the same day. Now I couldn't get anyone out on a weekend! They're telling us that it's a problem with the call center after hour's? I wouldn't have those people working for my class period! But first thing Monday morning, I was contacted about the problem and within less than an hour, Michael was here and able to fix the problem. Plus he showed me how to deal with the problem so my husband can do it if he's home. Or my neighbor can. I did have a problem with the last service guy that came out due to not showing up or calling me. I've had a few issues with the company, but overall I'm good with the service for the so so part. Therefore that's why I'm giving them a three star for the rating. Thank you, Mrs. D. Mabie

I would highly suggest anyone looking to purchase a new residential AC Unit to stay away from this company...I was on a yearly Maintenace contact with them to maintain my Ac Unit... I live in a Top of the World Property and had a original AC unit at my house that I have lived at for 16 years... Though the unit was dated it ran fine according to the technicians that were doing the quarterly service on it . On my most recent service call earlier in July instead of just the technician showing up he was joined for a sales person.. I thought this was odd in nature however I let them do the inspection on my unit and they proceeded to tell me that the unit had a lot of issues... The sales rep then went into his portion of why he showed up and quoted me 13,000 for a new unit.. Not knowing that my neighbor across the street from me and right next door to me both were on Maintenance Contracts with Service Experts as well .. However their units broke down over the last couple of years and they purchased new ones from Service Experts . Both there houses are bigger than mine one being 2000 square feet and the other 1580 square feet.. Mine is 1319 square feet... When I checked with my neighbors the 2000 square house paid 7000 for there unit ... And the 1580 square foot house paid 7500.. When I contacted the manager of new AC sales and asked him to explain this pricing variation he told me the units increased in cost by 6 percent a year Ok 6 percent does bring the price from 7000 to 13000... I then received a call later that day from the manger that I had spoken with earlier that day and he dropped the price to 10000.. As I am writing this email there are five guys and three trucks from one of Service Experts competitors installing a better unit then Serviced Experts tried to sell me and I am paying 8000 COMPLETE.. I have since cancelled my Maintenance contract with Service Experts and I am quite sure both of my neighbor's plan to do so as well... This is the very first Bad review I have ever wrote in my life.. I have always felt if you can't say something good say nothing. However I feel as though Service Experts should be ashamed of themselves for trying to take advantage of me like that....And I wanted to make other people aware of this as well...

I do not recommend this company. They never actually worked on my ac and the next thing I know another tech/salesperson (a total of 4 now) shows up to to sell me a new unit and sign up for their service contract. After getting other quotes I saved a ton of money with another company. It then became a huge hassle to cancel my contract for months until today when I finally ahold of someone in the local office.

I just purchased a brand new top of the line, very expensive unit and it failed within first 6 days. But that is not the reason of a one star review, it is the experience I had over the phone. I called early in morning due to waking up in a hot house, not something u would expect out of a brand new unit, but it happened. The person over the phone had absolutely zero compassion. Explained the situation and let her know that u just installed both units inside and out 6 days ago and it just keeps running and won't even shut off. Won't cool. Only thing I got was the tech will call u when they can come out( no exact time) and if u don't have a service contract it will cost $99. REALLY!! That's what I get? Not I'm Sorry to hear that your brand new unit failed and let me get someone over there as soon as possible. No compassion at all. . Great job service experts. Appreciate the support when your new unit failed
