Having just moved into this house and realizing the little issue we were told about with the AC was actually much deeper, Andry came out MULTIPLE times and thoroughly checked and fixed all there was wrong with it over the span of hours. I know plenty of people out there who would be in a bad mood after fixing an AC for 6 or so hours but he had a smile on his face and had a great attitude as well as working efficiently all day. Thank you Andry, my dog is definitely loving the cold air again (:

no one beats them in any category. best techs - this is where the rubber meets the road! they mail it every time they come out to work on the AC unit. 5 star techs and service, fast, right and with guarantees. here in Miami (the scam capital of the planet) people get taken every day by unscrupulous residential contractors , especially roofing and AC service companies every day. service experts stands out for integrity, quality and price. they win hands down. I'm a customer for life!

Our A/C stopped working one day and I called the original company that installed it just a year ago to fix the problem. Their technician came, charged a lot of money, and actually made matters worse. Now the A/c wasn't working and it was leaking. I was so desperate to have it fixed that I searched on Google to see whether someone could do an emergency repair for that day. Service Experts was the only company that had someone available to fix my A/C that evening. Sergio was at my house about 30 minutes after I called. He saw the problem right away, knew exactly where to look, and fixed my A/C in no time. And the best part was, that he charged me less than half of what I paid two days earlier with the other company. Sergio, was punctual, professional, and friendly. I highly recommend this company for have quick and professional service at a competitive price.

This company sold me a new AC 3 years ago . I was explicit about make and model and the service plan . Once they had removed my old AC , and it was about 95 degrees in the house , they wheeled in a different model . They said ,"""" oh yeah , we didn't have the model you wanted , but this one is almost the same."""" It wasn't , didn't have a variable fan etc and was a cheaper model . Since then , they have also been out 3x about the thermostat , charging me $99 the last time , and it was clearly bad hardware (thermostat). They simply changed the thermostat since it was under warranty , but still charged me the fee . I feel cheated and I would not recommend this company . In my opinion , they are profiting from cutting big corners and charging the customers for them .

A Service Experts sales representative arrived at my home after my A/C unit stopped working. He was charming and took the time to explain all of the benefits and plans. After choosing a unit, we set a date for installing the new A/C unit. I had no issues with the installation; the guys were quick and efficient. I may have had the unit for about 3-4 months when I received a call from a Service Expert employee advising that they needed to send a technician to my home to replace a part of the A/C unit so that I could pass my inspections with the town. I schedule a time for service like usual. Still, from there on, Service Experts has been nothing short of a total unprofessional nightmare. The technicians came in, and much to my surprise, it wasn't a """"piece of the unit"""" they were replacing but the ENTIRE unit itself. I missed work for the whole day because of this significant switch that Service Experts failed to tell me about. The technicians replaced the entire unit. When I closed the door and said goodbye, a loud and obnoxious noise came from the A/C unit. I immediately called the Service Experts customer service line to explain what had happened, and even the customer service representative said he could hear how loud my A/C was from over the phone. They scheduled a repair guy to come to my home and see what the problem was. When the man came to my residence, he looked at the A/C unit, switched a knob from """"Hi"""" to """"Low"""" then turned around and looked at me, asking, """"Is that better?"""". The noise was not better. It was exactly the same, and I told him that merely switching a fan to another level would not fix the issue. The repair guy said he couldn't do anything else and would contact a manager, then left. Again, I call customer service, and Service Experts sends out another guy. This man at least was pleasant and told me that they had installed the wrong type of A/C unit, and that I would need to get a different A/C unit...AGAIN. Unfortunately, they advised that they would keep this unit in my residence until I pass inspection and then replace it with another unit. So up to this point, I've had repair men in and out of my house, two removals and installations of A/C units, sleepless nights with a loud A/C unit, and several days I had to take off of work to handle this catastrophe Service Experts has cause my family. After inspection, Service Experts came BACK to my home and replaced the A/C unit, yet again. We are now at number 3 with the units replaced at my house by these idiots. I decided to call Service Experts Manager TYLER ROSS to see if he could help remedy this total disaster. I attempted calling him several times with no answer. I left a voicemail and still waited. Finally, when he did call, it was a series of """"I'm sorry"""" and """"I completely understand."""" To resolve the problem, Service Experts Manager TYLER ROSS said he would provide me with a year of no charge from my Advantage program. We all agreed and left it as that. Well, here I am again with more deceit from Service Experts. I have been charged for my Advantage program for the last two to three months. I waited to contact Tyler Ross again because there needed time to switch things over. I called him and left him a voicemail to contact me regarding this issue. It has now been over a week, and I am still awaiting a response from this irresponsible imbecile. After telling my story to several other friends, I discovered this is common practice for Service Experts. Countless times, they have made errors, provided horrible customer service, and just flat-out been the most unprofessional company people have dealt with. So if you want my opinion of this company...GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!! THEY ARE TERRIBLE, AND THEIR MANAGER TYLER ROSS IS AN IDIOT WHO PRETENDS TO KNOW WHAT HE'S DOING BUT ACTUALLY DOESN'T KNOW HOW TO DO HIS JOB CORRECTLY.

This company has left my elderly parents and I without air conditioning for over 4 days. They've sent THREE technicians, only one of whom could properly identify the problem (broken blower motor). That person didn't arrive until Thursday night. Had the first person who came on Wednesday been properly trained, the part could have been ordered and the AC fixed. On ONE occasion, Service Experts called us with an update. We have had to call every day, at least THREE times, to learn any information on the status of our repair. After waiting another half a day for someone to arrive this afternoon, we called again and were told it would be fixed today. We called AGAIN and were told they were on their way and would call us. An hour and a half later, we called AGAIN and were told no one was coming. I called to have our case escalated. I was told it had been. I was told someone would call. No one did. As of 1/1, we've been told someone is coming between 1 and 3p. As we were told last night that someone was literally on their way, it's beyond me why we aren't the first client serviced today. This experience has been inexcusable. This company gives no regard for its customers or its responsibility in leaving my family without air conditioning in 90 degree heat.

James O'Brien, my SE Tech, gives excellent service! He is friendly and knowledgeable. He can get to the bottom of any problem that might come up. He is also considerate of my pocketbook and advises ways to save me $$, which I really like. HE IS HONEST and very RELIABLE. Ask for JAMES. You won't be sorry! K. Marshall

The Service Experts is merely an HVAC sales organization with high prices and low quality. If you get their """"service plan,"""" it is just a sales plan - as the sales rep arrived at my house to sell me a new unit before the service tech arrived to see what was broken. They push the """"advantage plan,"""" which is about $25k for an average AC unit payable over a 10 year lease. Unless you are rich and just prefer to pay 2.5x for an A/C, you might want to shop around. Despite the """"quality"""" Lennox brand they sell, you could replace the unit 2 times with a Rheem and still save money.

Pool heat pump installed and has never worked. Multiple service calls. No permit or final inspection done. Now sounds like a horrible lawn mower and won't service it even though on """"Advantage Program."""" Just want it gone.
