WORST experience ever!!!Tech made a wrong diagnosis of the issue and I got stuck with the invoice. 2 months later the problem occurred again and management refused to send a tech to assess the issue and find the proper solution. Office rep said she would forward complain to management and refused to fix the problem.

Service Experts is extremely reliable. I had an emergent situation and they really came through for me and sent a technician who arrived in 45 minutes. I was so impressed with their speed in responding and in addition they charged an extremely reasonable fee. The service technician (Esteban Woods) was so professional, courteous and knowledgeable. Anyone who needs prompt, reliable and reasonably priced service please try Service Experts !!!!

Writing this review for Carlos, as sadly I had no cash to tip him, so hopefully Service Experts sees this and gives him a shout out! Our A/C was leaking water yesterday, persisted today, so we called to get it fixed. I called at around 6pm and Carlos arrived at about 9pm, which is pretty great for same day. The other place I called didn't even pick up He proceeded to vacuum out all the gunk from the drainage of the A/C that was causing it to overflow. He was super courteous and explained everything as he went along when I asked I had mentioned we had someone out from the same company a month ago when he arrived. Unprompted, he called the office and told us there was no charge as it was covered under warranty when he finished up Thank you so much! I love great service when you experience it

NEVER USE THIS COMPANY! THEY ARE CROOKED! I had been using this company for years on their twice annual maintenance contract for my two air conditioning units and at times for their parts and labor when my air conditioners broke down. At their most recent maintenance visit (prior to my firing them, that being in February 2024), when they arrived they indicated that they were going to provide a free comprehensive inspection of my air conditioning units which as you will note was a scam to get me to purchase two new air conditioning units. Both my units were in working condition being only about three years old and always maintained. Their """"free"""" inspection was given to me in a written report fabricating virtually every finding they made and ultimately suggested that I spend about $50,000 - $60,000 on two new air conditioning units in lump sum or paid in monthly installments over time. Needless to say I suspected they were crooked so I rejected their proposal. I then had two different air conditioning companies come to my house to inspect my two units and they read the written report from Service Experts. Both told me my two units were fine and that Service Experts was crooked. I have since fired Service Experts. WARREN MARMORSTEIN

This company pays its technicians commissions on parts to install on your HVAC. I recently had an issue with this company where they installed unnecessary parts, Did NOT install parts but charged me and replaced parts they claim were faulty and we find were NOT. They could not fix the problem. I called in a competitor and they found the problem and fixed it quickly Stay away from his company!!

You asked how you could satisfy the customer. I told you. Tear up the $99 check you extorted for a diagnostic fee and I will stop posting negative reviews on every possible platform, trying to charge $549 for an outdoor faucet repair when a reputable and honest plumber repaired it for $125 the following day. And your technician David Villarreal should be ashamed working for such a dishonest company. Zero stars

Had a pool heat pump installed last December. Unit has been broken for weeks!!! Still can't get any answers or service. DO NOT BUY POOL HEAT PUMP from Service Experts!

If I could give this company less than one star I would. I waited 3 hours for them to show up. They have a $30 fee for them driving. They did an inspection and gave me a quote, I agreed. They asked for payment BEFORE work was even began. Then they began to change the quote because they began to FURTHER diagnose other things that they didn't originally. Asked for more money, again BEFORE they began any work. That should have been a red flag right there. Who the hell asks to get paid before a job is completed? No one!!!!!!!! After writing multiple checks prior to them starting I realized I was getting ripped off and told them I no longer want to go with their company PRIOR to them starting. The guy refused to hand me back my check/s and told me I had 1 week if I did decide to go with them. Why would I go with a company that can't diagnose properly? And had to keep doing it over and over and over again? So now they have my money, they performed no job and my ac is still broken. (of course it is they didn't start the damn job!) Avoid this company at all costs. The pieces they buy are a few bucks at your local hardware store or AMAZON, and if your handy enough you can do it yourself! Now I'm contacting my bank bc they are holding my money hostage!!! For ZERO work done. Hey buddies if you want to hold people's money... maybe oh idk START THE JOB. Oh wait you can't bc you can't diagnose correctly and have to keep double and triple guessing yourself. Acting all confused. Then to add to the cherry ontop, they have the nerve to tell me that ALL the new brand new AC units in Florida only last 2-3 yrs. Do I have stupid written on my forehead. Scam artists!!!! Completely clown show. They were probably mad I decided NOT to buy a new ac unit with them and told each other they were going to make me pay the cost of a new ac in repair work. Luckily I didn't sign anything and they did NO WORK! they didn't even show me an estimate breakdown. I was just told to write them a check prior to their incompetence. Write a blank check right? Avoid!!!!! They also left my property a mess, the ac was not put back together. I took pictures. AVOID!!! Hey Service Experts have about giving me back my money!!! That's okay I've contacted my bank and reported you for FRAUD!!!!!!!!

Far from being experts waiting for flapper in toilet tank to be replaced for one week was given a guarantee which never happened totally dissatisfied and unhappy strongly recommend anyone looking for a reliable plumber to look elsewhere worst company I ever dealt be careful
