Our A/C stopped working one day and I called the original company that installed it just a year ago to fix the problem. Their technician came, charged a lot of money, and actually made matters worse. Now the A/c wasn't working and it was leaking. I was so desperate to have it fixed that I searched on Google to see whether someone could do an emergency repair for that day. Service Experts was the only company that had someone available to fix my A/C that evening. Sergio was at my house about 30 minutes after I called. He saw the problem right away, knew exactly where to look, and fixed my A/C in no time. And the best part was, that he charged me less than half of what I paid two days earlier with the other company. Sergio, was punctual, professional, and friendly. I highly recommend this company for have quick and professional service at a competitive price.

I can't post with out selecting a star. For the record. NEG. STARS. In the past I would have raved about my experiences with this company. However the last 24 hours have proven to be a profound disappointment. I noticed a leak what looked like could possibly be from the overflow pan of my A/C in my attic. I was told that H2o had backed up into the AH and ductwork. I was told that the lines could not be flushed because they were so backed up. I was shown a picture of a unit that was completely full of rust. After all this I was quickly convince to sign a 10 year contract for a total of $18,000.00. For a new unit and a 10 year service and warranty. They discouraged me from paying a 1 time cash pmt. They push a product I do not need. The next day, 14 hours later I called and sent signed documents to CX. I had a 2nd opinion that informed me he flushed the lines and they are draining fine. The unit has some rust but I'm good condition. All I needed was new duct work. Im so disappointed in the service rep. Not only lied to me but he deliberately sabotaged my unit so it would cause more damage. A major company. Wow. .

Having just moved into this house and realizing the little issue we were told about with the AC was actually much deeper, Andry came out MULTIPLE times and thoroughly checked and fixed all there was wrong with it over the span of hours. I know plenty of people out there who would be in a bad mood after fixing an AC for 6 or so hours but he had a smile on his face and had a great attitude as well as working efficiently all day. Thank you Andry, my dog is definitely loving the cold air again (:

I called a different company out to do an ac inspection that was advertised in one of those free magazines that come in the mail. They came out and immediately said I needed a new compressor for $2,500. I felt like he wasn't being honest and was trying to up sell me. So, I wanted a second opinion and called this company. The tech came out and said there is nothing wrong with your ac unit, it's fine. I appreciate this company's honesty and will be using this company for my ac needs. Thank you!

Mike Jean-Baptiste arrived on time, reviewed required service maintenance, and completed all work with a smile! He also addressed a PVC pipe issue ensuring I fully understood surrounding implementations regarding improper alignment.

Been using Service Experts for a few years on our home. I called last week to tell them my ac unit was completely frozen, a block of ice. I told this to the customer service rep and to the technician when he called to tell me he was on his way and asked my some diagnostic questions. When he arrived he took one look at the unit and said """"Unfortunately I can't do anything right now or do any type of assessment because the unit is frozen."""" Um, I told both of you that. I didn't need you to come out here to tell me what I already knew. He charged me $99 for that 3 minute visit. They should have told me over the phone that I should wait until the unit thaws overnight. In my opinion that is dishonest. He also told me with a frozen unit, it's either the motor (which they had just replaced) or the coils which would be $1100. So I opted to speak to a sales rep about the possibility of just getting a whole new unit. They quoted me at $7400. We ended up getting the SAME exact unit from another company, installed the next day for $3000 cheaper!!! I also called the office and left a message for the manager to speak to him about the $99 charge and he never called me back. Needless to say I will no longer be using them.

i ended calling this company to come out and help me with my broken a/c, and i ended up being charged 350 for a part that i didnt need... i found out when the power outage happened, it tripped the breaker. moral of the story, dont rip people off or you will loose a lot of clientel..

We waited over 7 hrs for an HVAC technician who never came. And a different person answered the phone every time and couldn't give me an estimate as to when the tech would arrive. I'm not even sure this is a real company. Maybe they are just an answering service that farms out techs from other companies. Terrible service - definitely go elsewhere.

You asked how you could satisfy the customer. I told you. Tear up the $99 check you extorted for a diagnostic fee and I will stop posting negative reviews on every possible platform, trying to charge $549 for an outdoor faucet repair when a reputable and honest plumber repaired it for $125 the following day. And your technician David Villarreal should be ashamed working for such a dishonest company. Zero stars
