This company is a joke I can't even believe I had give a 1 star. The women in the office are rude and not helpful. Then uve got Martin as a tech who has no idea how to even work hvac. He is very rude and looks like a slob with shirt untucked. He is out there looking clueless and leaves with a new part ordered and nothing fixed, after sitting in his van pretending to work. Service experts please check out who your hiring and keep eye on them make sure they know the hvac trade cause this guy doesn't and he is costing your company lots of $. I'm definitely canceling what I have with this company and leaving a review they deserve so that others can see before they use service experts.
Company seems to be too big or bureaucratic. Nobody seems to know the answers to your questions. They transfer you to another dept where you wait forever and nobody answers and sometimes they just disconnect you. Their prices are super high too, higher than their competition. I wish I had never signed a contract with them. Is a nightmare to deal with them. Do not sign any long term contract!

I had them install top of the line systems in 2 of my homes spending almost 20,000 in 2020 When the one year warranty was up I went with their maintenance program offered to those with new systems. Gave you parts and labor, priority emergency service calls, and included attack, coming out twice a year If you let the policy lapse, you could not take part in this top-of-the-line maintenance you would have to go to their standard maintenance. When I went to renew year 2 I was informed they stopped that program (one of the reasons I went with them was this program) now they only offered standard maintenance for almost the same cost. For those of us who had the old maintenance contract they threw in filters (I mean, how much could they possibly cost four dollars but it was something) they put the system in. I really liked I did like the technician Steve who came to my house every time. Six months ago, I renewed again and everything went fine at my maintenance. When they called to schedule this time I found out my technician had quit and he had been there for many years. They sent a young man who was very nice and had only been with the company a few weeks, but he did a great job. He told me I needed to replace the filter when I said no, you guys do he informed me they don't replace the filters anymore. He's doing his job so I called the office The first lady talked over me and hung up on me. I called back and spoke with Josie who has been there a long time and is very nice. She informed me there's new management and they said no more filters even for those who were in the middle of a contract. They didn't care that the old management had given it to us. I hope that four dollars was worth the maintenance on both of my homes as well as not to do the new installs on the two properties we just purchased. I may not have liked it but I would understand if at my renewal they said we don't change filters anymore, but it is illegal to change the terms of a contract in the middle of the contract. I paid them upfront 100%. The new management couldn't care less. This used to be a company with reasonable management excellent long-term technicians and competent office staff but not anymore. They also now send a sales rep to try and upsell you when the technician is almost done the maintenance This is something brand new. They don't tell you it's happening someone's just knocking at your door. It's a horrible sales tactic Now I know why everyone good quit. If you are thinking of using them ...,run
Glenn Quinones was the tech who performed my preventative maintenance. he was on time, very courteous, did not waste any time yet was willing to answer all my questions and concerns. I hope he will come back next time I have preventive maintenance done. I received an email when Glenn was on the way and was able to track him, allowing me to wait until the last minute to secure my pets, which was so much better than having them shut away during a four hour window!
terrible service. original tech kept putting off the same service because he didn't want to do it, then tried to say he couldn't do it because our new AC system was damaged beyond repair. he wanted to charge us thousands for a new unit rather than clean the existing one. After getting their 'veteran' out, he had the problem fixed in less than 30 minutes and even said no charge because of the issues. we even signed up for the annual service, but could not use it because they kept no call no showing to their own 4 hr window appointments. I had to call to check in/reschedule 3 times, and finally got fed up and asked to work with a supervisor. Courtney assured me a supervisor would call me back, and 6 days later I called in again and spoke to Latoya, who was incredibly rude. No apologies, no sympathy, and I couldnt even finish a sentence without her interrupting me. 'That's just how businesses work.' 'Our people are busy.' 'I don't care, call another business if you don't like it.'
Waited around for 4 hours on a scheduled appointment with no response and no acknowledgement. The only response came later with another appointment for a day that I did not request. Very poor customer service.
very unreliable. trying to get Rebate that salesman said we would get and then told we could only get half of what we were told. Were still calling on a regular basis for rest of rebate and they keep saying it has to be sent out from Texas. We had new unit put in last October, I think I should have it by now. I call and they always say supervisor will call me and I never receive calls back. I used this company back in 2002 and they were great. They certainly are not a company I would ever use again and would never recommend them to anyone.
Had to wait 5 days for the part to come in. Expected that when it did they would come fix the A/C when it came in like they said they would. Got a phone call saying that they received the part but didn't have any availability for someone to come out for another 2 days. We finally got our A/C up and running but it took a week. My best advice to this business is- if you know there is a heat advisory and you are waiting for a part to come in, make sure you have availability for your client the day it comes in. Knowing they had the part but couldn't schedule us in for a 20 minute replacement was really frustrating. Having to wait 2 more days to get it fixed after waiting 5 to have it shipped was even more frustrating.
Sadly to say they never showed up. Scheduled me from 4-9 and it's 11:08pm Everytime I call they tell me my technician is still at the job before and I'm next in line. I used this company a while back and had no problems. I'm not telling anyone to stay clear, however if your A/C go out I would search elsewhere It's very unprofessional for a well known company to do this. I even asked is it even a technician available or you just lying to me. Im only upset because if they were honest I could've called someone else but it's 11pm so I doubt if I have any luck.
Sean was the tech who came for our summer maintenance. He was very knowledgeable and polite. We would definitely recommend him and service experts for your AC needs.
