It all depends on who's coming out. Every time is a different technician and they all do different things. Sometimes very thorough sometimes they do just a few things. I would think they would have a simple checklist so that every technician does the same thing for every service call. I don't have a high degree of confidence that a small problem will be caught before it gets too big.

Do not use this company unless you have disposable money. They installed brand new AC units in our home less than 5 years ago. We have lost count on the amount of repairs needed since. We thought, maybe we should up our protection plan to save some money..Nope, conveniently for them, little to nothing is covered on warranty or service plans. Their favorite excuse for the causes are, """"These things are normal when temperatures get high."""" Well go figure, we live in Florida! This company is unbelievably over priced and over rated. We wish we'd never used them in the beginning. Stay away from Service Experts!

Very nice people but the Tech they sent out didn't have a clue how to fix my airconditioner. After spending 2 hours having the tech walk him through the process, he claimed it was fixed. The following day I had call back to have them come back out again and now I've got to wait an extra day to get someome out - ridiculous. Well I'd have to say that today (two days later) a new guy came out with a great attitude and fixed the problem in the rain! On top of that, I didn't get charged extra either.

This company preys on older people. Their service is they come to your house and look at your A/C once a year for $150 a shot. Then they charge you $150 for a $50 airfilter. They check the equipment, but don't do any real service. What if you took your car in for a tune up but they did not replace the air filters, plugs, oil or anything else and you paid $565? What's the point? Call someone else out once a year with a $60 service fee and save yourself a lot of money. I am my dad's guardian. He is 85. Service Experts calls me when I am not at the house and asks me what to do. I tell them what to do. Then they turn around and ask my dad (and upsell him) what to do, and they do whatever the person with dementia agrees to do. Then we are on the hook for very expensive bills. I've called the office at Service Experts and they won't help. This is a parasitic company.

This company is a joke I can't even believe I had give a 1 star. The women in the office are rude and not helpful. Then uve got Martin as a tech who has no idea how to even work hvac. He is very rude and looks like a slob with shirt untucked. He is out there looking clueless and leaves with a new part ordered and nothing fixed, after sitting in his van pretending to work. Service experts please check out who your hiring and keep eye on them make sure they know the hvac trade cause this guy doesn't and he is costing your company lots of $. I'm definitely canceling what I have with this company and leaving a review they deserve so that others can see before they use service experts.

They know how to install and repair air conditioning equipment. They know how to sell their Advantage Program. I'm signed up for the next nine-plus years. Customer service does not know how to talk to customers, especially customers who are frustrated. Maybe I'm old fashioned, but when I call up with a question or problem and I finally get to talk to a real Customer Service representative I don't want an attitude and a bunch of excuses. I am aware that things do not always work out how we like, and that sometimes more time is needed. But the customer service rep could have made an effort to make me (the customer) feel like they were aware of my issues and were working to fix them. Instead, I was left still feeling like nobody was on it and that my contract with the company was a meaningless trap for my money. Ha-ha , , we got you!1

The technician showed up on time and promptly identified the issue I was having with my HVAC unit. Now the problem/scam starts! I have a 10 warranty that covers parts and labor. Technician told me that the part isn't cover due to the leak was caused by rust/corrosion and wrote a work order to fix the unit for ~$1600. That didn't sound right to me. I called the area service manager for York and he stated that the part is covered. Also, this company isn't a certified service company for York HVAC. Previous years, they were certified. The manager for this location was very rude while trying to resolve the situation. Will never do business with this company EVER again!!!

I am very impressed with the service I have received on several occasions. Today I again needed their help as my thermostat died. I called after 9 AM and a service technician, Aaron, was at my house before noon and had the faulty thermostat replaced by 4 PM.

Waited around for 4 hours on a scheduled appointment with no response and no acknowledgement. The only response came later with another appointment for a day that I did not request. Very poor customer service.
