Will be dropping this service. I don't know what's happened with the scheduling people but they call constantly even after making an appointment. I even answered the phone and the girl on the other end was saying """"what the f*** was that"""". It is not necessary for people, in general, to use this language but definitely not in a place of business. Don't need the hassle. I won't be using them again.

Service """"experts"""" was not at all competitive. Charged $150/lb r22 when others are at $105/ lb. They took over Westbrook who I used for years without any issues. Had to call 4 times to follow up on a relay board- once to the tech Josh- no call back, once to the service manage Pat - no call back and twice to the GM John Bell- no call back. Use this company if you want to be over charged and get poor service.

We have a 10 yr old unit that works fine, we have called Del Air for the yearly maintenance, but since it just went out of warranty we found this company to have cheaper $69 maintenance. It turned out to be a sales pitch, and the day after the """"maintenance"""" our compressor stopped working. Should have stuck with Del Air, we are trouble shooting what happened still, at least it is not the heat of summer, but BEWARE!

Horrible. They sent a confirmation email for an appointment and after 2 hours of waiting beyond the time frame and 3 phone calls later they told me there was a scheduling conflict and the time frame stated was never available. Totally ruined my night, as the schedule was 6-8 and I wasn't informed of this until 10 pm. Furthermore, I didn't actually schedule this time frame in the first place, but kept it because our ac needs to be fixed.

Micheal was professional and a dedicated employee. This company was the only one that would come out last night to fix my AC and MICHAEL did everything he could to get the unit up and running. I would recommend them to anyone. Great service

We had no issues with this company (Cocoa, FL Service Center). Experts were on time, worked quickly with reasonable pricing and professional courtesy. Will use this company again. I see some negative comments but it appears management is committed to addressing concerns.

I was contacted by the General Manager of the Service Experts location I had problems with within hours of posting my original review. He was very kind and made it his priority to resolve all of the concerns I had expressed online, and wanted to hear the full story on the phone. He took the time to listen to me, and wanted to understand exactly what led me to write the things I did, and without trying to intimidate me or make me feel bad, asked what he could do to make things right. We have settled on a path forward that will satisfy everyone, and he has assured me that the woman in his employ that threatened me with criminal action will never do that to another customer again.

This the third time in a year that we have had to call these people out for a frozen up A-coil and low phreon (?sp). Let's hope between these people and the company that actually instead all three unit, we won't have any more problems for a long time. The technicians were very professional and efficent.

Beware of the upsell and bad service! I gave in to their incessant sales calls for a $60 """"maintenance"""" and let them in to my home. I have 2 units. They said the first one was a piece of garbage, even though they installed it, and suggested a $1750 upgrade to a SECOND UV light. They suggested the same for the other unit, a 6 year old Rheem. Then, after the guy left the second unit stopped working!! I called the company. First guy claimed it was fine. It was not. Second guy said I needed a new control panel, maybe, and suggested a new unit!! I called another company and it was a loose wire! Unbelievable!! it was a $65 fix. Also, the new company could not find any sign they cleaned the coil or did any """"maintenance."""" They give commissions to the repair guys who upsell. This is a nationwide company and should be investigated. Update -- main office apologiZed and refunded everything

I am a property manager. This company posts fancy ads online. We had a technician come out on June 30, 2017, and he diagnosed the issue as needing a new thermostat. Our tenant in the house authorized the repair, and SERVICE EXPERTS charged us $450 to replace the existing thermostat. I googled the product that they installed, and it's available online with free shipping for $97, so this company charged us over $350 for an hour of their time to install a thermostat. I would never ever use this company again.
