Recently had all my AC Ducts in the Attic replaced by Service Experts of Cocoa. This is Really Expensive... and so you would expect it to done Correct and Professionally. Took them about 6 hours and they cleaned up and seemed like they were in a hurry to leave . After they left I went up into Garage Attic Space and found Duct Removal and Installation Garbage all over the place. Numerous Tie Wraps, Old Ducting Sections, Mastic Bucket Half Full and Lid, Gloves covered in Mastic Sealer and just discarded up there, Old Connection Brackets etc... Disappointed to say the least!

The evening before my four year old ac went out. I wanted to find a company to repair it so reached out to them. They had a tech come out to look at it. Upon checking it out he determined I had a coolant leak and tried to find it. After examining the unit I was told that he couldn't determine where the leak was coming from and it was a sizable leak and we would need to run tests to determine where the leak was. Shortly after a sales associate arrived and I was told in order to fix the leak it would be 4,000-6,000 to repair it and I would be better off replacing the whole unit which would be around 10,000 but not to worry because they have a low cost payment plan. After hearing their pitch I was very close to pulling the trigger and falling for buying a whole new unit. But anytime I am quoted such a large number my instinct is to get a second opinion. I am so glad I did. Another company came out and the tech was able to find the leak within five minutes and the issue was my common port cover tube rubbed against my suction line causing the leak. He diagnosed the problem and repaired it for $710. After I told him what this company told me he informed me that their whole quote was a lie. Which is extremely disappointing. After reading other reviews it seems like this is a common rouse. Outside of that the employees of the company were polite and I am sure this is just what they are trained to do by their company. I just feel bad for people that might fall for this scam because they don't know better and end up in large amounts of debt due to this companies business practices

A COMPLETE SCAM......LIKE USED CAR SALESMEN. They tell you on the phone that it's a free consultation and you'll get 15% off of your new AC unit. I'm thinking okay, this is great. So they come out the next morning (meanwhile it's 86 degrees in my house and I barely slept) and rush you through the process.....tell you this is the plan most people pick, it's $299 per month and you are essentially leasing the unit. Telling me how wonderful and you get free maintenance (why would you need maintenance on a brand new unit?). Blah, blah, blah.....sign here. What they DON'T tell you is that essentially you are paying the $299 for the rest of yout life. Lol. TOTALLING $35K FOR AN AC UNIT. I called to tell them to take it out and they tell me it's $1k to remove it and that they charge $100 per air duct because they cleaned the ducts. BUYER BEWHERE.....DO NOT FALL FOR THEIR SCAM!! TOTAL CROOKS!

This company bought out my previous HVAC provider. I called to see if a duct cleaning might solve my allergy issues. Elizabeth told me that they would send out a tech to check it out and that it would be free of charge, as I had a maintenance contract with Tilford Air & Heat, the company they bought out. The technicians did a full diagnostic, which I didn't ask for. They made recommendations, then told me that I could either pay them $69 for the service call, or have it be my summer maintenance fee after I told them that Elizabeth said it would be free. So, I paid them by check. When I called the next day, after thinking I'd been had, Elizabeth conferred with the technician and her manager, I guess, and again told me that since they had done a full diagnostic, I was still responsible for the charge. I was put on hold several times, while their advert kept announcing that I could receive a full refund if I was unsatisfied with their service, no questions asked. All she did was argue with me, until I told her I was stopping payment of the check and they could apply the maintenance fee for the service instead. And I would no longer be a customer. So, they don't even honor their own promises. Stay away form them.

Two employees came out to fix my mother's HVAC. My mom presented her credit card to pay them, and they said they couldn't process it. She paid them from her emergency cash fund. They gave her a phony receipt and the company threatened to send her to collections for nonpayment. They also later charged her credit card twice for $500 each without her permission. She scrambled together another $1000 and sent it to them to avoid collections, while she pursued a resolution. They sent her to collections anyway for the full amount, despite my mother having a proper receipt for the extra money she paid. They are not returning communications, and we are having to go through law enforcement, the courts, and their corporate headquarters in Texas..

This company is worse than a car dealership. Stay away. If you think you're being scammed, then trust your instincts. It's probably called the Advantage Program, because they take advantage of you. The Advantage Program is practically double the cost of the equipment...So if you just saved your money instead of giving it to these guys, you can buy yourself a brand new system in 10 years and still come out on top. The most similar estimate I received was ~$5,000 less expensive.

Be aware of service experts heating & air conditioning. I buy an AC unit from Westbrook AC about 7yrs ago and I was offered to buy a maintenance program for the life of the unit (tuneup work for $49/visit) but 3yrs ago Westbrook told me that they wouldn't service the residential units anymore and that this company service experts will take over to do the tuneup service from there, the last 2yrs it was fine no problem; but I make an appointment for July 13th and the person that came to do the service just came rushing and in less that 30min he came inside and told me that there is problem with the unit, even know the unit is been working fine , just make the call for a tuneup, he said the """"capacitors"""" the one inside and the one outside needs to be change , and I said the unit is been working fine but he said they were about to give up and probable it wouldn't """"work tomorrow """" and I can't believe it but it was very serious and I asked how much it cost and it was $273/each or $546 both, and I said I would get a second opinion but he said you might not have cold air tomorrow , I said I just get back to work after 14month lay off from COVID-19 and he said that he would help and discount $100, so I get hooked and I told him to replace the capacitors, I was there watching when he changed both of them in less that 5 min, and in 45min visit I paid $487.00 , but I was very disappointed and I went to eBay and look for the capacitors and they cost between $12 to $20 , I just get ripped off and I call the company and they just told me that's the rate and he did what's it is supposed to do, they said the labor is the cost of the rate; labor? They don't even paid more than $20 for both of them and they charge me $437 for replacing 2 capacitors that probably wouldn't need to be replaced. Is just a rip off to pay more than $400 ,what a scam, l felt so let down and taken advantage of. Beware

Came to give an estimate on Tuesday. Came back today, Thursday to do the work. Both times even earlier than promised. Work was handled professionally and made sure everything worked before they left. I felt confident in their knowledge. Jay and Cameron who provided the service also let me know the other services offered. I would unhesitatingly use again

I am very impressed with the service I have received on several occasions. Today I again needed their help as my thermostat died. I called after 9 AM and a service technician, Aaron, was at my house before noon and had the faulty thermostat replaced by 4 PM.

The technician showed up on time and promptly identified the issue I was having with my HVAC unit. Now the problem/scam starts! I have a 10 warranty that covers parts and labor. Technician told me that the part isn't cover due to the leak was caused by rust/corrosion and wrote a work order to fix the unit for ~$1600. That didn't sound right to me. I called the area service manager for York and he stated that the part is covered. Also, this company isn't a certified service company for York HVAC. Previous years, they were certified. The manager for this location was very rude while trying to resolve the situation. Will never do business with this company EVER again!!!
