Tonight, you all had the opportunity to make repeat customers. You blew that big time! Our air conditioner went out today and we called to have someone come out. We were told by the technician on call that he would be out after he finished the job he was working on. A couple hours later he tells us we have two calls ahead of us! This is ridiculous! We have a two year old here who is drenched in sweat! My husband said the way he made it sound was that he may not even be able to get to us at all. Your employee at the call center told us it may be because there was a call that came through closer or that it was because a customer you have an agreement with called. If that's the case how do you gain new customers? We can't wait all night for someone to come out! We have the windows open and fans going and it's still 88 degrees in here!

Beware of the upsell and bad service! I gave in to their incessant sales calls for a $60 """"maintenance"""" and let them in to my home. I have 2 units. They said the first one was a piece of garbage, even though they installed it, and suggested a $1750 upgrade to a SECOND UV light. They suggested the same for the other unit, a 6 year old Rheem. Then, after the guy left the second unit stopped working!! I called the company. First guy claimed it was fine. It was not. Second guy said I needed a new control panel, maybe, and suggested a new unit!! I called another company and it was a loose wire! Unbelievable!! it was a $65 fix. Also, the new company could not find any sign they cleaned the coil or did any """"maintenance."""" They give commissions to the repair guys who upsell. This is a nationwide company and should be investigated. Update -- main office apologiZed and refunded everything

This company preys on older people. Their service is they come to your house and look at your A/C once a year for $150 a shot. Then they charge you $150 for a $50 airfilter. They check the equipment, but don't do any real service. What if you took your car in for a tune up but they did not replace the air filters, plugs, oil or anything else and you paid $565? What's the point? Call someone else out once a year with a $60 service fee and save yourself a lot of money. I am my dad's guardian. He is 85. Service Experts calls me when I am not at the house and asks me what to do. I tell them what to do. Then they turn around and ask my dad (and upsell him) what to do, and they do whatever the person with dementia agrees to do. Then we are on the hook for very expensive bills. I've called the office at Service Experts and they won't help. This is a parasitic company.

Mike Dezess and John Wagner were right on time and very impressive technicians. In a very short time they had our air conditioner cooling like new. I would recommend them to anyone and if I need service again they will be the ones I'll call. Great company, great guys.

I am very impressed with the service I have received on several occasions. Today I again needed their help as my thermostat died. I called after 9 AM and a service technician, Aaron, was at my house before noon and had the faulty thermostat replaced by 4 PM.

Worst company ever!! Was persuaded and honestly believed in what they stood for, worry-free comfort. Enrolled in their advantage program, Big Mistake. I never write reviews, but my negative experience must be shared with others to prevent them from making the same mistake. This company is far from """"experts."""" The management team is rude and condescending. When I first decided to sign up, they promised nothing but quality services. Since I installed the new ac system, they have failed to meet their standards. I cannot count the number of times they came out to my house to try to fix what should have been resolved two months ago. It has been a two-month nightmare of different technicians coming to my house and adding more things to the AC in my garage for the zoning system to work. To make matters worse, each technician that would come out would tell me the installation was done incorrectly, and the prior technician that came out should be fired because they did a poor job. Not promising to say the least. It is clear to me now that setting up zones is a task they are not ready to take on. I am now convinced that they do not have qualified technicians that are knowledgeable about zoning systems. Their lack of communication internally is mind-blowing. I was promised to get my first month refunded by a manager, and now, no one seems to know about it. The false promises and lack of communications adds on to the poor services that this company offers. I was told a specialist would come to my house over the weekend to check my AC since it has been an issue after another and they send me a technician instead. Furthermore, I found myself having to regularly follow-up with them instead of them following-up with me. I have never heard of a company that does not follow up when a new system is installed and worse of all, knowing that I am an unhappy customer for the last two months. Having to remind their technicians of issues that the prior technicians were unable to resolve is unprofessional. I should not have to remind them of what the preceding technician broke or what the prior technician said was the issue. I have taken time off more than necessary in two months to get my ac to work correctly. Like I expressed to them, I am not asking for much; all I ask is to get what I am paying for: quality services, working AC, and working zoning systems. Being passed on to different managers is unprofessional and irritating. Having to explain two months' worth of aggravation is a waste of my time and only reminds me of the mistake I made when I signed up for their long-term services. In my honest opinion, they have rolled out a program (Advantage Program) they are not qualified nor prepared for. I am a heartbeat away from suing them. I am beyond empty apologies. Apologies was acceptable the first week or two of issues. Two months, I should be receiving more than just empty apologies. I have been beyond patient, and I can only take so much before drawing the line. The line is drawn.

Buyers beware. Their prices are at least double what everyone else charges. I needed at 3 ton, variable speed 2 stage unit. I got a top of the line unit for 11500 and it has all the bells and whistles. UV light and filtration. It compares to option 2 on the estimate I'll attach if I can. Their price? 21,498. If you use their lease program for the 10 year program? It's almost $36,000. Wow

The evening before my four year old ac went out. I wanted to find a company to repair it so reached out to them. They had a tech come out to look at it. Upon checking it out he determined I had a coolant leak and tried to find it. After examining the unit I was told that he couldn't determine where the leak was coming from and it was a sizable leak and we would need to run tests to determine where the leak was. Shortly after a sales associate arrived and I was told in order to fix the leak it would be 4,000-6,000 to repair it and I would be better off replacing the whole unit which would be around 10,000 but not to worry because they have a low cost payment plan. After hearing their pitch I was very close to pulling the trigger and falling for buying a whole new unit. But anytime I am quoted such a large number my instinct is to get a second opinion. I am so glad I did. Another company came out and the tech was able to find the leak within five minutes and the issue was my common port cover tube rubbed against my suction line causing the leak. He diagnosed the problem and repaired it for $710. After I told him what this company told me he informed me that their whole quote was a lie. Which is extremely disappointing. After reading other reviews it seems like this is a common rouse. Outside of that the employees of the company were polite and I am sure this is just what they are trained to do by their company. I just feel bad for people that might fall for this scam because they don't know better and end up in large amounts of debt due to this companies business practices

At 6:15 PM on 5/17/16 I asked my wife if it was just me or was it getting hot in here? I checked the thermostat to discover that it was at 80 and climbing yet it seemed to be running. I rushed to the outside unit that was making a humming sound and the fan wasn't turning. I shut it down and looked for someone to fix it. I called Service Experts and they dispatched Dan who arrived around 7:30 but for him the unit worked flawlessly. He did a systems check couldn't tell me what was wrong because it was working. Unfortunately, this was the old heat pumps last cycle it made the humming sound once more. I called Dan and he quickly returned to discover that the fan had expired. He pointed out that the unit was nearing the end of its lifespan and that the fan was a special order item. He left at around 10:30PM and told me that he would have Service Experts send someone out in the morning to discuss options. The next morning my wife told me to get several bids. I called two other heat pump dealers in the area who told me they'd have a representative call me that morning. It must be a very busy time for heat pump sales because I still haven't heard from them. Thomas, however arrived at 9AM. He seemed to know a great deal about the systems he sold and my old unit; he then explained that he had started as an installer. This impressed me that the company drew from within. We came to the agreement that investing money in my old unit was a poor choice. He offered me several options and I live by the philosophy, 'Buy it once.' and I went with the top of the line unit. After we settled on the price and the equipment Thomas didn't leave, but started making phone calls. He pulled Dan and Paul for the remainder of the day, after discovering that all of the company trucks were unavailable Thomas elected to use his own personal truck to pick up the parts. He left my house around 10:00AM and around noon Dan came in and started disassembling my old heat pump. Not long after Paul arrived and started removing my old air handler. Thomas arrived about an hour later with my new gear! SAME DAY SERVICE! Because of the way my house was built and the modifications they had to make to accommodate the new equipment it was nearly 11:30 PM when they finished but I must admit that this system works a great deal better than the old unit did. Not only did they replace my 12-year-old heat pump and air handler they also replaced all of the copper/PVC piping and the underground wiring! They also made sure to clean up behind themselves. My son was graduating high school and I had people showing up and the house needed to be comfortable. Aaron came in the next day and cleaned and disinfected my ducts and hand washed every vent and return cover in the house. In the following days if I had a problem, they immediately dispatched someone to take care of it! I'd like to thank Dan, Thomas, Rick, Aaron and Mike who all came together to make my home a great deal more comfortable and energy efficient. Bypass the others and just call Service Experts!
