In 1993, Stan Rafter established Service Engineering. His journey began in 1974 after his time in the Army, working at the shipyards in San Francisco. A notable project he was involved with was the Enterprise Nuclear Powered Aircraft Carrier. The training he received was thorough and demanded comprehensive knowledge. He has applied this expertise to Service Engineering.
