In 1993, Stan Rafter established Service Engineering. His experience started in 1974 after his time in the Army, taking a position at the shipyards in San Francisco. One of the key ships he worked on was the Enterprise Nuclear Powered Aircraft Carrier. The training he received was thorough and demanded comprehensive knowledge. He has applied this expertise to Service Engineering.
