In 1993, Stan Rafter established Service Engineering. His journey began in 1974 after serving the Army, working at the shipyards in San Francisco. A notable project he was involved with was the Enterprise Nuclear Powered Aircraft Carrier. He underwent extensive training and necessitated in-depth knowledge. He has applied this expertise to Service Engineering.
