Marina M.I would give them a 0, but there is no such mark. This company is dishonest and disrespectful.
They have installed my outside AC unit on 8/31/12, charged 4,700 and provided 5 year warranty for labor and 10 for parts. The unit has been breaking at least twice every year. This year it been 4 times in 2 months... it is 4 years old. I had 3 different technicians coming to my house in the past 2 months. First one was no show, next day 8 hours late came the first tech, he didn't even check the system, replaced the capacitor and left ( as it was a history before)... did not help the issue, as there was a leak! Second one showed up 4 days later, filled up freon and stated that will need to look for the leak. I agreed, called to schedule. On the day of appt, tech was no show, per office manager, he was in hospital. Third one showed up next day on time and was very pleasant and nice, he identified the leak immediately, it was due to broken part on the condensation line outside. Leak was fixed. During that time, the manager without knowledge that he is on speaker was cursing me out and yelling on the technician for filling up freon, regardless of the fact that the owner himself authorized it after my argument in regards to broken part and a leak as a result of this. I felt really bad for the guy, as he said it was his first week there and he is trying very hard to do a good job.
So, today my AC broke again! I have frost on condensation lines and no air whatsoever! The temp in my house is 87... when my husband called, this office answering guy yelled at him and said we haven't paid last time!!! When my husband stated that we have a warranty and labor is covered for another year and parts 5 more years, the answering person said that no one is available to help him now, call back tomorrow. This was the last drop. I called another company for the service, filed BBB complaint and I am writing this first time ever bad review! This company is the worst business practice I have ever seen in my life!
Hopefully it will help someone of you to save money and nerves by not hiring these people.

This company contracts unlicensed workers who have NO idea what they're doing.
Zero stars would have been more appropriate.
Service 'techs' showed up in an unmarked truck and street clothes with little to no tools. (One guy even asked if I had a step stool he could borrow).
They struggled with basic functions like how to operate the thermostat. After witnessing that I began to ask questions. Jake admitted that he wasn't certified and that he was 'in training.'
And after 5 minutes of fiddling around and dodging questions, Jeff wanted me to sign an invoice. (SMH)
When I asked about the diagnostic (which he never conducted) he made up a story which made ZERO sense. To his surprise I knew more about the system than he expected and then his story changed.
What bothered me the most is that I waited six hours for unprofessionals to show up and do absolutely nothing. And of course this happened on the coldest day of winter when I needed heat most.
It was obvious that they didn't know what was wrong let alone how to fix it. All they cared about was the $59 service fee. (UNREAL)
I declined payment and reported them to their supervisor. But I doubt this was first occurrence, and I'm sure it won't be the last.
Marc S.As to the one star review, I did not read it until after I hired them to do a job, I had no heat and was desperate, they came on time, were very professional and waived the diagnostic fee (If I hired them to do the repair). They gave me a great rate and fixed the problem the next day. Once again, they came on time and called before the scheduled appointment to check I was there. I happend to be stuck in traffic and they were very kind and waited for me. I gave them four stars and not five only because they charged me ( a super discounted rate) for the refrigerant I needed after they said they would do it for free.
This was a terrible experience. The workmen showed up 2 hours late for a refrigerator repair; did not know how to do the installation of the new part properly, and then stole our house keys on the way out. The owner Amit Jain was not helpful.
