Total Scam, I requested service on my heating unit, and they came out and gave me a costed on repairing the problem. We agree for a cost of $700.00 and I was told by Kamal Jain that I would need to pay $350.00 so he can order the part. I paid him and two days later they came out to install the part, but it was the wrong part, and two days later they came out again with another part and you want believed this, it was the wrong part again. The HVAC Man said ""why do they do this; it happens all the time. Then he said I will not be back again; they can send someone else.

I call the shop and talk with Kamal Jain, and he stated that they came not get the correct part, so I ask for my money back and he said that I cannot get a refund because they have been out to my home three times, and it has cost him money. As of too day I am still trying to get my $350.00 back and every time I call and ask for the owner John, they tell me he is busy and don't have time to talk to me, but he will call me the next day, this has gone on for a week, but still no John.

Stay away from this company if you want to get your repairs done.

I will be filing a formal complaint with the Virgina Attorney General Office, your Honorable Jason S. Miyares.

If you have the same problem with this company, please file your complaint so the Attorney General can stop this scam.

Technician came out to repair lower oven of two built in ovens. the other oven and everything else (timer, clock, etc) was working fine. Immediately said that the control panel needed to be repaired/replaced. Did not even check the heating element or fuse in the lower oven. Said that I needed to give them a deposit of half the price ($450) for the repair parts. Came back two weeks later with a ""repaired"" control panel. Installed it and nothing worked, not even the top oven which had worked fine. Sent out the control board again, came back three weeks later with a note that it could not be repaired. So instead of a repaired oven and a bill for repair parts, I now had to buy an entire set of new ovens for $3000. Then, they refused to even refund the deposit for repair parts I did not receive. Totally unprofessional and with no customer satisfaction at all. Will never use them again and do not recommend them to anyone else.

Total scam, they seek cc info, create problems rather than fix issues, then dodge accountability.

I don't even know where to begin. We requested service from Metro Service HVAC (https://metroserviceshvac.com/) at the recommendation of a neighbor. The initial consult was great! The staffer was punctual, communicative, and clear about his analysis and recommended fix. We agreed to a price and felt great about the experience. When the technician showed up, it was a completely different story. His diagnosis was completely different- in fact contradicting the initial assessment- though he could not or would not explain the reason for such wildly different takes. He was rude to the point that I almost cancelled but he was already there and I thought 'maybe ' the first guy got it wrong and this guy was having a terrible day and just taking it out in this interaction. Long story short- they charged the same price (around $800) estimates for parts and services (even though no parts were required in the 'second assessment') did not address the main issue identified, and now the AC is less efficient and there's a leak in the ceiling next to the HVAC unit. Arguably worse, a month later they m charged me for a random, additional $500. when confronted, they said it was an accident and would refund it. They refused to answer why my cc number was still on file. It took maybe 6 emails and many more calls to finally get a call back from 'the person. Who handles refunds' ..at which time I was told they would get to it whenever they were able and if I was 'that upset' than I should just contest it with my bank as they didn't really care. I found that remarkable. I did contest it and the charge was removed. Throughout the email, the only response I got was an email promising to refund it (they did not) and asking me to commit that once I received the refund that 'everything was settled to my satisfaction'' ..something I clearly couldn't do since they not only didn't fix the problem but they caused a new problem, overcharged me, and then randomly charged me again 'by accident' and refused to refund it. It was only though the multiple calls and the changes on my bank statement that I realized that 'service doctors' is somehow connected to Metro Services LLC and another company called Millie's. I don't know if this is a scam or if they're actually one business but def stay away.

They installed a furnace and air conditioner in the summertime. The thermostat activating the air conditioner worked appropriately. A separate thermostat operating the furnace did not activate the furnace and therefore no heat. When I asked for them to fix the non-functioning new furnace, their response was that will cost you more money.

Please do yourself a favor, and try to find another business for your home appliances services, specially be careful for the amount they would charge you for the services they haven't provided. They provided a service to us for $39 ,both parties agreed on.Then in a sudden I saw $180.20 charge on my amex.I called them and asked them to refund the difference, the answer was unacceptable, they said they wouldn't listen to me (Since I disputed the amount) There is no way that you could communicate with this business reps properly. They are unfriendly and dishonest.

Do Not Use this company! (Service Doctors aka All Time Services in Chantilly Va) I called them to repair/service my GE Monogram Refrigerator. They performed the repair/service but in the process they caused extensive scratching to my stainless steel door panel. I refused to pay for the service unless they agreed to replace the panel (a cost of $450). The manager/owner(?) , Kamal Jain, refused to replace the panel that their technician damaged and told me that I would have to pay for the panel ($450 + $250 labor = $700). Totally unbelievable. This company is unethical, unprofessional and irresponsible. This company should be out of business. I wish I could give zero stars.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

A search for GE refrigerator repair led us to Service Doctors in Vienna, Virginia. Our refrigerator was not cooling properly, although the lower freezer was working perfectly. A repairman came very quickly and after a brief assessment assured us that replacement of a part plus a thorough cleaning would restore it to perfect working order--the cost was approximately $2000--far less than replacing the refrigerator.
We received an un-itemized estimate via e-mail.

Before agreeing to the service, we researched the part he said needed replacing and found the cost ranged from $89-400 which still did not seem to justify the $2000 repair charge. We then called back and asked for an itemized estimate which we never received!

Our skepticism led us to contact an authorized GE repairman who came and assessed the problem. He was very professional and extremely knowledgeable. He told us the part did NOT need replacing. His remedy was to turn off the refrigerator for 48 hours because the cold air was blocked by ice from reaching the upper refrigerator portion of the unit.

The charge for the visit was $100 and after 48 hours, the refrigerator is working perfectly!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

Very shady, do NOT use. Also goes by Millies HVAC and from what I can tell probably a few other names. Tried to suggest a very expensive repair and when asked probing questions could not give understandable answers. Had different company come out the next day and they said the part was totally fine and it was a much cheaper part that needed to be repaired.

Numbers associated with this company include; 202-349-0691, 703-378-4600, and 301-617-2900.

Terrible Customer Service- Do yourself a favor, contact another company for your service. I booked service a week ago for today (Sat) as my wife and I work during the week. They stated no problem, next Sat. between 10am and 1pm. At 11am today, I get a call that they are too busy and need to reschedule. They wanted to do next week during the week. I told them last time that Saturday was the only day. I used them in 2016 with no problem but they are coming out to fix the same issue I had before. Not sure what has happened but I will use another company.

I had Service Doctors replace my AC and heating unit. Six months later my AC stopped working. Service Doctors came out and filled it with refrigerant but refused to fix the leak. I was given a ten year parts and labor warranty. Service Doctors refuse to honer the warranty and now I am stuck with a broken AC unit. When I tried to speak to a manager about my issue, I was talked to in a rude condescending manner. If you value your money, and you expect good customer service from people that will at least respect you. Then you should avoid doing busyness with these people at all cost.
