What a great company! They started working with us via our home warranty. A couple of years ago one of our air conditioners gave up after 20 years. We turned to Service Contractors to replace it. And never regretted our choice.

A short time ago our other 22 year old air conditioner went out. And guess who we chose to replace it? Yup, Service Contractors.

On both occasions their pro's, many of whom are long-time Service Contractor employees, were timely, courteous, and did great work.

I suggest you avoid using Service Contractors of Texas. I made an appointment with them a week before the service date to "tune up" my A/C units today. They called the night before to cancel because they're too busy.

Anyone who runs their business this way doesn't deserve your business. They won't get mine.

Service Contractors was FANTASTIC! They were dispatched out by AHS, and I'm so thankful that they were. The entire team was knowledgeable, professional, clean, and efficient! I couldn't be happier with the work they performed for us. Most of all, they were HONEST and didn't attempt to make up problems that weren't existing. We did end up replacing our condenser units and coils in BOTH systems, in spite of the fact that our AHS call was only about the smaller system not working well.

Had an issue with my AC fan rattling. Worried the unit was going out so I called up my home warranty company who arranged for Service Contractors of Texas to come out and inspect/repair the unit.

They called to setup a time window I'd be available, called to notify me they were 30 minutes away, and (per my request) called when they arrived. The technician, Gary, was very polite, friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. He identified the issue quickly (a minor repair) and then took the time to show me how to efficiently perform a few other preventive maintenance items.

You hear horror stories going through home warranty companies but my whole experience was fantastic and I wouldn't hesitate to use Service Contractors of Texas again either through the warranty or personally.

Kyle was just here to fix our AC. He was friendly, professional, and knowledge. He quickly diagnosed problem and repaired. Couldn't have been easier! I would definitely recommend him. Thank you!

They did a great job repairing my heater today. I had initially received a quote from another company in Rockwall and didn't really trust the repair tech they sent out. So I called Service Contractors of Texas and they were here the next day. Kyle was our technician and he was polite, knowledgeable and easy to work with. I trusted him immediately and he repaired our heater in less than an hour for a fair price. Great job!

Charged $150.00 for city permit which cost $35.00 - 50.00. Complained and was told take it or leave it. Also overcharged for other inexpensive parts. With this attitude who knows what else they rip you off with. Will never use them again.
