I highly recommend Robert Sr. and his team! Very professional, thorough, and highly skilled! 3 plumbers came to my house before we found this great company! Small or large they are the best choice!

If they charged you for a Permit call the city and confirm they actually pulled one, they charged me $150 for permit and did not pull it, the City of Terrell appreciated me calling and they fined the company and the Plumbing company refunded me. I am sure they are doing this to others out there, city of Terrell number is 972-551-6600 just ask if a permit was pulled on your address they will tell you. If you are in another town I am sure they would also. Really dislike dishonest companies !!!!!!!

I am not sure why others have such negative experience. Service Contractors Plumbing were nothing but helpful for us and they were dispatched by AHS. The guy that arrived was super professional and replaced our faucet with no hassle. I would definitely use them again!

Dishonest company!
This company was dispensed to my home for a leaky and corroded shower faucet. The technician (with an attitude) came and said that the "stems" needed to be replaced but that they had to be ordered. Later, I received a cell from American Home Shield indicating that now the company has told them that this issue was due to over-tightening of the faucet! They changed the story and diagnosis since it was not economically beneficial to them based on their contract with AHS. I asked for a second opinion from another company who fixed the issue without any problems.

Will for Service Contractors Plumbing just fixed a broken garbage disposal for me. Showed up when they said they would and got it knocked out fast. He also unclogged my bathtub for free which has been draining slow for awhile now. So my experience was alot different then the rest I've read. Thank Will!

Not a good start...had a toilet repaired that was in worse shape after they left and also and outside faucet replaced which ended up being the whole spicket not just a handle. A big hole was left and never filled where they fixed the outside faucet and not screwed back into the brick. The upstairs toilet was slow to fill and they replaced a part and it leaked all night long and flooded the bathroom from underneath the toilet. When we used the toilet in the AM it went off like a geyser from underneath and still took a long time to fill but we had to shut the water off to prevent more problems. We did place a call to the business and all things were fixed properly the 2nd time around. Please check the work before these guys leave your home. You're apt to find a few surprises if you don't. We only used this company as it was part of our AHS warranty program and They are out of Kaufman which is like a 90 minute drive. Next time if this is the only choice we will hire local and pay the difference to get it done right the first time. I am not a plumber by no means and that is why i hire a professional to fix these issues. If I wanted to make matters worse I could have fixed it myself. Thankful they made it right without anymore damage. Frustrated in Allen, TX

Extremely rude from the beginning. The guy's name is Chris. They were sent first through the warranty company "Nations" and they got paid the copay but they didn't even try to fix the problem. They were charging me $300 for getting access through the roof and once he got there he broke his camera and all I could hear was complains and issues and not solutions. At the end he told me that he was not going to fix anything and left. Horrible experience.

Bad experience. It took them three trips to fix the hot water for one tub. After the second trip they left without telling us or checking to know that their work on day 2 resulted in us having no hot water anywhere in the house. Then they didn't return our voice messages. They ultimately came back on day 3 to finish, and said they forgot to check the gas valve. Bad communication and work all the way around. I definitely would not use again.

I have to agree with other reviews that Service Contractors Plumbing is definitely working the system with American Home Shield Warranty. They get paid from the warranty company for the new water heater then drum up a bunch of other charges that are out of warranty to bill the home owner - very high prices to make minor corrections to gas and water lines. Overall, with my home warranty, I ended up paying just slightly less than if I had no warranty and had just called up my own plumber.

To make matters worse, our water heater was an emergency situation, and they treated it as if it was no big deal. Because the water shutoff valve to the water heater was broke, we ended up having to shut down water to the whole house because otherwise the tank would continue to fill up (and leak straight back out the bottom). Overall took over 48 hours with no water for them to figure out how to get a P.O. with AHS and get the parts. In the meantime, they weren't able to even help with the shutoff valve to the water heater so we could use the cold water. 48 hours taking care of a 1-year-old and a 3-year-old without any water is not fun.
