Dude told my mom that a part in our heating unit purges toxic gas from our system, so my mom was scared into not putting off the service. What she wasn't told in as many words as he used talk of toxic gases and how that concerns him, if the pump doesn't work, the heater won't even turn on (thus no toxic gas in the house). Sell sell sell. Sell a membership. Sell added services. You did your job buddy. I thought you guys would be genuine. Hours and hours go by. Just send the email and have a person call, umm there's a virus going around... you asked for a Yelp review, here you go

He was very thorough explaining what he would do that day, did his inspection, and provided a detailed report of his findings. Vincent Salas from Service Champions came by today to do our annual check up. He was very prompt and courteous for his 11-2pm window. He was up front and honest with the repairs needed and showed us pictures of the repairs needed. I felt he went above and beyond and even cleaned our vent where the filter goes. He's very knowledgeable with his craft and an excellent trainer as I listened to him explain what he was doing with a coworker he was training. Shout out to Vincent for his A+ service!

Service Champions are reliable, professional and don't make you feel like you're being ripped off. I signed up for their maintenance plan and it's great to not have to worry about servicing between seasons. Tech Joseph King came to do general servicing on my heat and was professional, punctual and super nice! He was able to check out some duct work issues we were having and clear them up quickly!

Joe King, my technician, performed a thorough and detailed cleaning service with pictures and ratings for my particular unit. Joe was professional and pleasant. He explained everything he found with my system and made the recommended additional services on the spot. Great Company with great Employees!!!!

I had our HV/AC system serviced by Service Champions in the spring and the tech gave our system a good check and found it to be in great shape. One month later the AC unit was turned on and it failed to work. Service Champions was called and they sent out a tech to analyze the problem. The tech opened the unit and tried to start it and saw a small blinking light and said that our compressor was shot and that we needed at least a new compressor (maybe more) but that we should probably buy a new unit. He never checked anything further even though it was explained to him that Service Champions had been out a month earlier and said the unit was fine. He said that he would have a ""senior tech"" come out the next day to check on his work and confirm that the compressor had indeed failed. The ""senior tech"" did come out the next day and asked where the AC unit was. He stepped out looked at the unit from a distance, came back in and started showing us HV/AC unit replacements, to the tune of $24,000. I called another HV/AC company and had them come out and take a look at the unit. They found it to be low on Freon because the caps were not put on correctly when the unit was first serviced in early spring and the Freon simply leaked out. In short order they added Freon and had the unit up and running in nothing flat. It has continued to run perfectly all summer long.
I am left with the feeling that the main concern with Service Champions is to sell you a new HV/AC system rather then work on servicing systems. I will not recommend this company to anyone.
