Jonathan S. Came to my home for our yearly air conditioner check-up. He was very thorough and knowledgeable. He was very conscientious and explained what he was doing and the results. He was polite and not pushy which I really appreciated because that is not always the case unfortunately. All and all he did a great job and I'd be happy to have him perform maintenance on my system if and when it may be needed. A good experience!

Today I had a visit from a lovely technician named Julio. We were JW Heating & Air clients for two decades, and they merged with Service Champions, and so far we have had excellent service, and all my cynicism has been ameliorated by the wonderful people who have come to my home to service my devices.

I highly recommend this company, because they are responsible and polite and friendly and genial, and very very capable! Those are all features I really like in a company!

I just had HVAC system installed.
The technician Matt did very detailed inspection to find out what system is the best for my house, and give me a quote with a reasonable price. After the process of inspection, I could tell this company is very reliable.
Matt is very friendly and accessible anytime, make sure the job gets done properly.
And the best part was the system was installed at the next day I signed for the job! Thank you so much!

Do NOT ever us Service Champions. I had them come out to do an annual tuneup for my two air conditioner units that they had a special on. The technician informed me that one of my compressors either needed approximately $3000 of repairs which would not last or needed to be replaced for $13,000. I had my long time (AH Flores) HVAC see person take a look and he fixed it for $100 but replacing a simple fuse. In addition I had two other companies give me an estimate for a new compressor. Both came in between $5000-6000, a whole lot less than $13k....one had to wonder what's going on here..

This negative review is because of Service Champions' total disregard for their customer's wishes and their disregard for the environment. I have been bombarded by paper mail from them for years and years. Every month I make a phone call to their corporate headquarters asking to be removed from their mailing list. They always say ""sure"" and ""yes"" and do nothing. They send mail to all my neighbours too. I'm sure they've cut down a forest by now with all the mail that they send out. They have a total disregard for actually doing something about the constant junk mail. I have spoken to dozens of people over the years and they've even transferred me to different office locations insisting that ""this time it will remove you"", but it never does.

They came out to check my system. Said one part of heater needed replacing. If I signed up for their ""club"" they would include the part and come out twice a year to recheck ymy system. The the h said he'd see me in a couple days with the part. I heard nothing from them for 3 weeks, I had to call them. The receptionist semi apologized and said someone would get back to me. I had to call again in 3 weeks and finally after two more calls, the part was available. The same tech came out to replace the part and wanted to charge me $433 more. He denied he told me that he said the part was paid for. I told him to put old part back on five minutes later after he called his office he said I was good and said goodbye. Sorry I guess I lost their club membership and they got my money for that, but I won't use them again. And I suggest you don't either.

Professional and reliable service. They have always been easy to work with and schedule appointments. What you would want and hope all home services to be like. Very helpful and informative on what and how things are being done. Not in a rush and communicate clearly and answer all questions. I'm a repeat customer for a reason. Nice job Joshua.
