I needed my furnace inspected as it had not been done for about 10 years. I called service champions, I was greeted in the very friendly voice, told them what I needed and a service call was scheduled. I was sent notification and confirmation of my appointment, they followed up with a reminder the day before about my appointment and the morning of my appointment they contacted me to let me know the technician was on his way. Zach arrived on time, he was extremely courteous, efficient, knowledgeable and he explained everything in a way that I could understand as he showed me where the problems were with my heating system. Service Champions will be the only company I use in the future.

We had replaced our thermostat ourselves and could not get the furnace running and called Service Champions and got someone to come over in one day. So right away we were happy with Service Champions. Dave U. came today and got our furnace running and told us that the thermostat we purchased was defective. And then scheduled a technician to come early next week and install the new one we will buy. He was really great and explained lots to us. We had an excellent service call today, and Dave U. was so good.

Overall, our experience with Service Champions re/replacing a furnace, five ducts and a water heater was good, especially Nathan's dedication in installing a new water heater, a platform for it and straps, and plumbing so that it would be approved by the county building inspector (it did). The reason this review is not five stars is because of the poor communication by the schedulers on the water department side of the company. A lot of unnecessary back and forth, delays and miscommunication. We were lucky & grateful that Nathan came out to do the work, as he was the original tech who had assessed what needed to be done. We got someone else for the appointment, but Nathan had a previous appointment canceled & was able to do the bulk of the water heater work. His patience with our frustration in dealing with the schedulers was greatly appreciated.

Another great visit with Service Champions today. I called the Pleasanton office to make today's visit and so this review is helpful for local East Bay Tri-Valley people. We had an appointment today and Sean H. was our service technician. Such a kind and helpful person. He listened to our concerns and was very attentive. He did an inspection, offered solutions, and took care of it. He didn't rush the appt and we felt like we were in good hands the whole time. Highly recommend Service Champions.
