We have been working with service champions for over 10 years now and we really appreciate their well informed staff, the quality of their work, the time and patience they grant to their customers and the support they offer. They come out to maintenance the equipment that they installed and more, and are always prompt and professional. I am confident I can rely on them to give honest advice. I am also grateful for the value they offer and if you haven't already considered giving them a call and you are in need of heating/cooling support I would highly recommend them! We have been using Service Champions for years for our furnace and AC for routine service. We upgraded our units a few years back with them as well. We use both our heater and AC on a temperature range so they run a lot.

All technicians have been super professional and thorough but our recent technician, Ricky, was above and beyond all with his expertise. He offered to check on more than just our units, which was a nice surprise to our regular appointment. Will definitely be requesting Ricky for future appointments.

Yes, we have had maybe one scheduling issue and maybe one follow up problem in the 10+ years we have had Service Champions, but overall they are professional, punctual, and do a great job keeping our units running smoothly. They provide a full report of each visit, provide recommendations, but aren't pushy to sell their recommended services. I would definitely recommend Service Champions to maintain your HVAC system.

Service Champions has taken care of my annual heating and A/C servicing appointments for the past few years. I've had different technicians come each time. This time Aman was scheduled to do the servicing and I was so impressed with his service that I called to request that he be assigned to my house from now on. He was the right blend of professionalism and personal interaction. He was also efficient and good at explaining the ""technical"" terms to me. I scheduled an appointment for a furnace tuneup. Shifted by work schedule to accommodate the timeframe that was given to me the day of the appointment they canceled saying they had an influx of clients calling in for their systems being down. I thought I was a client when I made my appointment and had a shift my schedule so if you want a good quality HVAC company, I would recommend CM heating & Cooling very accommodating very very reasonable. Called Service Champions for yearly inspection. There services never disappoint. Technician, Aman Dhaliwal is a complete professional. He is learned in his field and took the time to explain how the system was functioning. Aman is genuinely a pleasant person and I would request him for my annual inspection and or service repair needs.

This will be the 2nd consecutive year that I've had this company install a big price house item.

Brand new air ducts/Quiet Cool were installed within a 6 hour time period today.

Andrew Gutierrez was service technician assigned and was at doorsteps 1st thing in the morning. Advised that 3 others were enroute.

Checked premises for accessibility, etc. and proceeded to start. Rodrigo, Adel and Edwin came after. Curbside was a show stopper for cars traversing the neighborhood as 4 Service Champions' vechicles were clearly visible.

All these gentlemen appeared to enjoy working alongside each other and worked diligently and in tandem to complete their various duties.

As previous ratings would imply, I have had the pleasure of being a completely satisfied return customer and will continue to have this company take care of my HVAC needs.

My AC system wouldn't come back online after a power outage in my area. I called at 9am on a Sunday and they had a technician at my hour by 10:30 the same day at regular pricing. Ricky was great. Friendly, knowledgeable and extremely thorough. He took photos to share with me every step of the way. He didn't have the fuse that blew on hand but went and picked one up so he could finish it same day. He even removed an attic rat that had at some point been caught in a trap. Couldn't be happier with his service or the company. Ended up signing up for the maintenance plan and today was covered.
