The service provided by Sam Silva, Chris Lucas and Todd Comiski has been nothing but exceptional. Sam came to my home to identify the reason why my AC unit stopped working. He provided updates throughout the time he was in my home and he genuinely seemed motivated to get my AC unit working. Unfortunately the amount of work needed to be done was more than I had thought, so here is where Chris provided additional support and recommendations. I felt very confident in their skill. The resources and services that Service Champions provides are second to none. Todd oversaw the installation of the new unit and again I was very satisfied with their level of service, knowledge and the constant updates he provides. Hopefully I won't be needing any major work for my AC/Furnace unit anytime soon, but if I do, I will be calling Service Champions again for sure.

Sam came out this morning first thing to help my mother of 86 years find out what was wrong with her air conditioner Sam spent much quality time explaining to my mom what the problem is. he's going to need parts and in the meantime he went down and bought her a window air conditioner installed it and made sure she was comfortable before he left Sam is the best service rep I've ever seen and I am in the industry. Thank you so much Sam!

So I have been with Service Champions a little over a year...yesterday, there was an issue with Cooling the house on a very hot day. Within 12 hours, Tim appeared and fixed everything and the house is on track again. All parts were under warranty and he immediately assessed and diagnosed the issue, throughly explained the process and the resolution. I was impressed with his Professionalism, Personalism and Expertise! Thank you once again for taking care of me Service Masters! Kudos to Tim and you for hiring him! I'm Happy!

Horrible experience. I called to book the $78 tune-up special. They won't honor the deal. Instead, they will charge $89 for a ""diagnostic"" fee and then will quote an undisclosed tune-up price after. I even spoke to a supervisor, they will not budge. The supervisor even hung up on me after I said I won't buy without seeing a price list first. A company that doesn't honor it's advertised tune-up special and doesn't post its prices where anyone can see is NOT a company I trust.

This is our first year of the Maintenance agreement with Service Champions. Aubrey was the technician who came to complete the maintenance for our AC and heating. He was engaging, knowledgeable, efficient...a pleasure to work with. He completed a thorough inspection and cleaning of our units, was respectful of our property and left without trying to sell us something we did not need. ;-) ... a win-win...

We had Service Champions come out for our regular maintenance on our AC and furnace units. ""Nicholas Merlin"" was the technician that came out and was very professional and extremely courteous. He took his time and explained everything as to what he was doing as well as a more comprehensive explanation at the conclusion of the service. Tim Wilson was at our home today on a Service Call and Semi Annual Maintenance check. He works for service Chapions Heating and Air Conditioning.
Tim was there on time and performed all the adjustments and checks we needed him to do. Our two bedrooms will now be much cooler as a result of his service work. I would like him to come back the next time we need a Maintenance checkup.
