We were very happy with this company. Chris Aylard, the service tech, came out to give our central heating system a tune up. He was very helpful, communicative, thorough, offered and checked our water heater and taped the exhaust pipe, which is important because of leaking fumes. Friendly, punctual, took his time and was very polite. We'll be calling them again -

Made an appointment after getting a flyer for an $88 check up for our heating system. We moved into our house 2 years ago and decided it was time. Aubrey is so great! He was very friendly, relatable, and knowledgeable. He explained the process throughly. Used his shoe covers (my girlfriend loved that!) they quoted 88 but we paid 79. He said everything was good and we have a good heating system. He offered a one year service, however we already have a home warranty. Highly recommend this company and especially Aubrey, a great guy who really knows his stuff.

We have had Service Champions keeping out heater going for about 15 years. They have always shown us what is going on with our heater and explain in terms that I can understand. We are most likely looking at having to get a new heater soon as ours is getting very old for a heater and is starting to show the stress. So we have an appointment with one of their associates to give us an idea of how much we are looking at for a new system.
They are very respectful of our home and all the guys who have been here are very kind and knowledgeable in what they do

When my AC had issues and started leaking through the ceiling, Service Champions were able to respond extremely fast. Although their schedule was booked up during the day due to peak season in hot weather, the technician made the time to work even after his normal hours to fit me in and fix the issue so my AC was ready and good to go the very same day. Excellent service by the phone operators and quality work by the technician!
