I have recently been very disappointed in the follow up service from Service Champions, Concord. I am an MVP member, and they did promptly send out technician on my first call (same day), however since then, they have not responded to my several ph. Calls for the actual repair. This is on a new system purchased in Jan., which should not have had any problems in the first place.

Can't say anything but great things about Service Champions. All the technicians that I've dealt with on multiple occasions have been amazing. Great service, incredibly knowledgeable, and super friendly. Everyone from the office administrators to the technicians is solid. The automated texts and emails regarding the service reminders are very helpful. Their process and structure is all on point. I'd definitely recommend them over and over again. Also, join their MVP (loyalty) program. It's worth it.

Aubrey Briggs just left my home after a thorough, professional service call. He found and repaired a failing condenser and a disconnected air duct that had been blowing hit and cold air into my attic for God knows how long! I signed up for the 2x yearly service and will always request Aubrey!

Just had my air conditioner serviced by Aubrey Briggs and it was another great experience. Professional through and through! Customer for life!

I wanted to let everyone know how great Service Champions are.. My wife and I experienced a problem with our AC Unit. I called Service Champions after reading theyre reviews .. I believe the young lady that helped me was named Mellissa. Forgive me If id gotten it wrong. The first available appointment was approximately Saturday but she was able to squeeze us in on Thursday.. The two techs that came (Aubrey and Mike) were great. The guys were on time , very friendly and very knowledgeable. After completing the diagnostics, they found and repaired the problem.. It was a lil pricey but they're work was great.. I will be utilizing theyre services in the future and also recommending they're services to my friends and family.. AC feels great once again..Thanks again guys !!!

SCHAC Has been our go-to CH&C service provider for maybe 4 years now. Service on AC has been top notch. Only complaint: Room for improvement DOES lurk in the no-service policy on ductwork.

I had Steven Hampton check my furnace and a/c. He was very mindful during this Covid-19 and put complete PPE on! Booties, gloves, face mask. He was very efficient and completed my service very quickly. He was also very personable. He deserves 5 stars for sure!

Sam Silva came to our home 5-4-20 and performed an air tune up. He was very friendly and was able to explain the services he performed and changed our air filter. Coincidentally days later we had a living room ceiling leak on Mother's Day and since the Company is closed on Sunday no one could check if it was from the AC. However the General Manager, Mark Stewart, called us back and came to our house to see if he could help. Even though Mark wasn't able to determine were the water was coming from he helped us dump the water bucket and upped the appt. time to 7:00 am Monday. Sam arrived @7:00 promptly and determined it was not from the AC but the connection between the house and city water pipe leaking. He helped us find another diamond certified plumber and explained that the plumber would need a plank board to lay down on to get to the area. He checked our water heater and offered to shut off the main water if we wanted. I can only praise this company and these employees as true Service Champions. During this Corona 19 it is so great to see this service and thoughtfulness to Seniors like ourselves. Thanks Sam and Mark.

I called Service Champions on a Tuesday and they sent sales guy Chris out to meet with me same day. He was able to schedule my system installation for the next day, on Wednesday. The techs came out Wednesday and spent about eight hours installing the system. After they left, everything was clean and tidy like they were never here. There were a couple very minor, nit-picky issues regarding instillation which they addressed promptly after I called them. They may not be the cheapest around but I had zero headaches throughout this process and their work looks great. True professionals.

They followed all the covad-19 procedures.
Derek was very knowledgeable and found a small problem that could have been big later.
I choose them on there reviews and they lived up to them.
