For over 50 years, Kevin C. and his family have been fulfilling the heating and air conditioning demands of Northern California residents. Kevin completed his studies at Cal Poly in San Luis Obispo in 1994. Post-graduation, he returned to assist in his parents' heating and air conditioning business. After 25 years, his parents sold the business to a large corporation in Dallas, TX. Kevin worked with that corporation for six years before deciding to leave the corporate environment and establish a family-owned, client-centered business like his parents did in 1972. This led him to start Service Champions in 2002. With these principles at the forefront, Kevin's business has expanded to over 200 team members and has been operational for 18 years. Today, Service Champions caters to homeowners across the San Francisco Bay Area (East Bay), South Bay, and Sacramento regions.

Kevin makes his home in Pleasanton, CA, alongside his wife and three children.

We had a fan motor go out on our air conditioner. Normally, we would have called Bonney, who we have used for over 15 years but their service model changed, they scheduled appointments with us and never showed. After the 3rd time, I was all done. Which was a bummer because when they did show up, they were great. But now so undependable now, I can't do business with them anymore. So we looked up reviews and tried Service Champions Heating and Air. I cannot stop saying WOWWW!!! From our first call to schedule an appointment, we immediately got a confirmation email, and then a follow-up communication. The technician, Samuel Munguia, arrived on time, diagnosed the issue within 15 minutes, and then gave us a rough estimate of what it would cost for a new part and install. And then he called the office and they did a search to find a part that was more affordable, which they did. The final estimate was considerably less and Samuel arranged to have it shipped directly to us so there would be no delay. I received a copy of the receipt via email within minutes. And when the part arrives, we are to call and they come out that day to install. My husband and I were so blown away with the amazing customer service and technical expertise from start to finish. We had our Furnace and AC replaced recently by Stephen and Rigo. They both did a great job. They were on time, courteous, and conscientious about not making a mess. Throughout the installation process I asked them several questions about how things worked and they provided clear answers. When the work was completed, they cleaned everything up and walked me through the process of how the new systems worked, and what to expect with the permitting process. The who job went very smoothly. We are very happy with our new systems. Highly recommended!

Be-aware of this company!, They promise you a lot and do not delivery it, I had one of the nightmare with these people, they charged me $89/- and the first Tech guy just climbed up and with in 30 secs came down and asked me to change my motor, (I PAID THIS AMOUNT SO HE CAN DETECT ANY FAULTS WHICH HE FAILED TOO, ACTUALLY THE ISSUE WAS IN COMPRESSOR AND NOT THE FURNACE) when agreed to go for it he recommended its better to have the system changed so they can service us for next 10 to 15 years with 10 years of warranty, then comes the second Tech who uses his charms and sets us up for the system change and assures us all will be fine also quotes us that he can beat any market price as his price is the lowest, and quotes 7k for the system, after two days the third and fouth tech comes way before the appointment time and pesters us to open the door, (inspite we had requested a certain time during the covid period)
In July/August you need an AC and not a Furnace, they changed my furnace and demanded 9k more to replace my AC, this is how they rip you, and we consider them as a locals to give business, but just to replace my Ac I had to talk to almost 9 different Tech, this it self shows how PROFESSIONAL are these scammers are.

It's still in dispute and when produced several quotes cheaper than them they went back on their word of matching the price, also I had three days to cancel the deal which I did, and they were to come and pick up there stuff installed, which never happened. and now they have put a lien on my home,
Sure I will fight this off.
BEAWARE OF THIS COMPANY, I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS TO ANY ONE IN BAY AREA.

As always, Service Champions was there when I needed them. My technician, Cliff, was absolutely delightful to talk to, as was his demeanor and professionalism. I really appreciated the time he spent explaining how homes are pressurized and the importance and effects of relief outlets in doorways and walls. He educated me on duct sizes, dampers and diverters and how they might impact airflow to various rooms. I also appreciated how articulate he was and the ease with which he was able to engage in intellectual conversation.
