It would take a long post to explain why I believe that these guys from Service Champions can be trusted. Trust is the most important thing when you're dealing with things like heating and air since most of us know nothing about it.

I would like to clarify something... My review WAS NOT about the servicemen sent out by the company. With the exception of the one that ruined our wall (and he was even friendly, just not familiar with the scope of work he was sent to do), they were all very well knowledgeable of their perspective jobs, they just DIDN'T HAVE THE RIGHT EQUIPMENT to do what was needed to complete my project. This I blame on the company. There is no way this 3-4 day project should have taken 4-5 months when the material needed to complete it was at a near-by hardware store, which a couple of them had gone to for missing materials. My money is the same as everyone else, and this was not a cheap project. I guess I just live in the wrong neighborhood.

Service Champions far surpasses any service company I have EVER dealt with. They are the most proficient experts in their field, they have the friendliest, most respectful, cleanest, highest trained and capable technicians! I have used this company to replace my heating and air unit, fix leaks, do various plumbing repairs, and yesterday they replaced our tankless water heater. They have a wide variety of product to choose from that is explained in detail by the tech and we were educated and able to pick the unit that best suits our needs. Way back when I looked up all the requirements an applicant must comply with before they are hired at Service Champions, this exceeded anything I've ever heard or thought of, so I knew then this was the forever company for me!

I really like that they text you minutes before arriving at your house. It makes things very easy . The technician was very polite and knowledgeable. Having all my filters washed by him is worth every penny of what I'm paying your company. This of course is added to the fact that he checked the "" health"" & status of my air conditioning during summer and my heater during the winter
