I have had more problems with this company than good experiences. This time the technician serviced my AC and furnace but neglected to give me the home health care report. When they did email it to me it was cut off on the edges and not readable. I have asked for another report and they have not gotten back to me. I am now asking for new tune up so that I can have the numbers to compare to last year. If they cannot give the customer a readable home health care report then something is definitely WRONG with this company.

I had them come in to do a diagnosis but it ended up being a upsell with no actual value ! When I said let me back after comparing other quotes , he gets offended and starts taking a condescending tone and went as far as to say "" yea go call someone else "" .. 900$ for a flush and a blow the dirt - isn't really value for service ...

I am sure it's not their loss but I for one will never call them back !

We highly recommend this company.
Our furnance is 35 years old and our aircon is 19 years old. After several opinions from multiple companies, it was determined that both were in a year of needing to be replaced. Then, we got quotes from those same companies for replacement costs.
We chose Service Champions. (we have been using them for about 3 years for the quartly service maintenence program and have had incredible service)
Angelia, the sales rep, was excellent! She is very well educted on what Service Champions has to offer for the replacement of a furnance and aircon. She can suggest what units are best to fit customer's needs. No hard sell just knowledge, suggestions, and respect.. Perfect thank you.

These guys were very communicative, honest, punctual, & efficient with the objective involving the insulation to our attic. Also, the insulation is well-placed out.
What we've appreciated was the circle around the house to make sure our vents were fully clear.
