I serviced my AC unit yesterday, which was installed by Service Champions 14 years ago. I don't know the life of an AC unit. Recently, my unit has been making noise and started to go on and off. When I got it serviced the owner of the company said that the parts used were of cheap quality. I didn't have good experience with SC after my install either. I will NEVER be using SC again and will not recommend them either.

We contacted Service Champions for the annual AC/furnace tune up last week with our MVP+ membership. The technician Rene Martinez came to do the maintenance. We told him about our long-term AC performance issue, which was not resolved by previous technicians. Rene was able to identify the problem and confirmed the root cause on a follow-up visit the next day. He ordered the parts and came back again to replace the faulty parts today. The repair is costly, but the problem seems to be resolved finally.

Highly recommend Service Champions. We got our HVAC tune up done and they had a summer special going on so the price we got was very competitive. Anthony G was the technician and he is very professional and knowledgeable. He clearly is very passionate about his work and took the time to talk through the things he was testing/tuning up. Would love to work with this company and Anthony again in the future.

Service Champions boasts a Diamond Certified status, yet their service and technician quality fall far short of expectations. The company's sales, installation, and service departments operate independently, often resulting in broken promises. I strongly advise against using Service Champions.

I had a service requested by the comany due to a water leak and a technician came in to take a look and fix the issue. Came by and fixed something and said he needs to come back to make sure it was fixed and made me join the company as a customer. It's been 5 weeks now and i called the company main number to complain to the management and been on the hold as they said that they dont have record even though i had sending service technician name/ time of the apt and receipt of payment/ email confirmation. Been sitting on the phone for a while to figure out who's responsible at this company. Apparently they claim they have an outstanding client service team and if customers are unhappy with service they will give the money back. Let's see so far i have been dealing with a customer service agent who keeps putting me on hold

Just had my elderly mother's furnace installed. Two technicians, Chris and Oscar completed the work. Chris and Oscar explained every step of the process with my mother and were respectful and professional. I highly recommend this company and these two technicians. The work was outstanding and their professionalism was top-notch. Go with this company, you will not be dissapointed.

I had these guys a few years ago and in their last visit found them to be unreliable in their estimate of the air conditioner, they estimated $$$ and my friend's brother from Utah said it was only a $50 part that needed to be replaceded which in fact it was..
