We had them come out to service our very old air conditioning unit. Brian Martinez came when expected and did a very thorough job, carefully explained what was done, and cleaned up everything before he left. We are very satisfied!

I bought my home four years ago. Two years ago the AC went out and Service Champions sticker was in the unit. They came out, determined it was the capacitor and charged me $900, I had a newborn at the time so I just paid it. The AC went out again this weekend and I attempted to change the capacitor on my own but it still wasn't working. I called Service Champions and they came out and said my whole unit was broken and estimated 24K to replace. I called another company who showed up and realized I had hooked up the capacitor wrong. I admit that mistake but how would a reputable company not catch that. I asked around and learned the technicians earn commissions. This company is crooked! Never use them!

Our ac wasn't working and wanted it fixed before the hot weather came. Went online and made an appt. Our tech, Ryan Ray, was so professional. He explained everything and helped me understand what needed to be done. He was courteous and went above and beyond. Highly recommend them for you ac needs.

Had great service from Service Champions on 6/8 in Brea. Needed water heater to be flushed and Miguel Mendez showed up on time and was very pleasant, professional and knowledgeable. He explained to us what he would be doing and how and answered all our questions in great detail. He went about his business and kept us informed during the process. We were very impressed with Miguel and Service Champions and would recommend both highly.

After all the the TV commercials I had to give Service Champions a try. I've been using NexGen but lately they seem too busy or disorganized to hold appointments. Service Champions came through. Friendly, knowledgeable and extremely thorough! I used them for my annual tune up. They completed work no other company ever mentioned or suggested. Dominic was my technician. He was terrific. Great attitude took his time and never tried to upsell as other reviews stated the company takes. Great work Dominic and I hope a good start to a long relationship with Service Champions. I bought into their loyalty program too! Thank you.

Called for their $88 summer tune-up special and was terribly disappointed.

Frank arrived and reviewed system. Took apart furnace inside house and found the filter had fallen into intake and stated that the furnace was not properly installed. Slot was missing for filter!

Immediately took pictures of fan and upper part of condenser and said that it was full of dust (ya think!).

Serviced outside condenser inside and out and was please with those results.

HOWEVER!

He recommended the fan cleaning and upper condenser cleaning should WAIT for the winter service! For GODS SAKE, the upper condenser is what cools the air!

Granted the system is 22 years olds, however I was never offered or recommended the cleaning cycle needed for the system to, perhaps, last another year or so. Just put it off.

AND I was sold a $19.99 maintenance agreement! Automatically taken from my credit card!

VERY MUCH COULD'VE BEEN BETTER. MUCH BETTER.

Brian Martinez came out and performed a very thorough AC tuneup/cleaning. He was on time, very polite , and knowledgeable.

Amazingly he did a good deed for free and removed several weeds/vines that were sneaking into my carport. Great guy . Will ask for him next time.
