Noe was the technician who came out to look at our HVAC (A/C wasn't cooling) and did a thorough inspection of both the unit and the attic installation. Long story short, he immediately diagnosed the issue (battery) and fixed the problem and even cleaned the unit for better efficiency! I was really impressed that he took the time out to explain how the system works and how we can achieve even greater efficiency (regular maintenance and insulation). I highly recommend this business and so grateful that I wasn't charged for anything above and beyond what was needed. Thank you Noe!

Service Champions should be extremely proud to have him. He does the job quickly and efficiently AND knows what he's doing. Plus, he is a joy to work with. He is upbeat, doesn't try to sell you something and reports things that he sees . There is never any pressure.

Marco Pena came today (May 9, 2022) for our annual checkup. All the Service Champion technicians that have serviced our old, and now new system, have been great, and Marco is no exception. He was courteous, knowledgeable and thorough. He was very patient in showing me how to reprogram the thermostat control. We have NEVER had a problem or issue with Service Champions.

Can't understand the negative comments here about Service Champions. My experience was OUTSTANDING from start to finish.
Kalani Casteel and Ryan was on time and prepared. We addressed the issues that I had seen and they set out to provide the maintance service.
They detailed every aspect and took photos of all their findings.
No hard sell No high pressure tactics, just service with a great attitude and professionalism.
Can't say enough about the guys who came to my home.

Recently I hired this company to replace my old ductwork and seems to me they did good job but left unfinished with 3 air grilled & 1 air filter to be installed due to a custom ordered parts coming. However since almost 3weeks later, no one called to make scheduling to install for unfinished job.

I've been a club member for about 15 years now and I'm a firm believer in the heating and air conditioning side of this business but I have had recently to great experiences with the plumbing side! I'll admit I was skeptical when they first brought on plumbing but I got to tell you they have done an excellent job I feel like I have been well taken care of give an honest feedback and the right advice for the problems I have had! Good example today Giovinny My tech came to the house worked on clearing the drain as we discussed thought he was all done finished cleaning up and checked one more time for leaks and sure enough There was still a leak. He took everything apart again recommended what I needed to do to fix it work with me on pricing and what could be afforded at this time! I am thrilled with the service I received I am so glad I am a club member and I trust this company with some of the most important appliances investments in my home

Service Champions plumbers did a mainline inspection at my home today and the two service men that came were spectacular and seasoned technician's; Joe Flores and Gerald Martinez are perfection personified! They educate you as to what they are doing which I totally enjoy and very personable. They also give you the attention you need and take the time to listen to your concerns! Love, love, love Service Champions! Now all they need to add to their services is Electrical, and we all can have a one stop shop for the main services that every home needs, and with their membership, it's even better and so reasonable! You've got to try them at least once. How can you beat a company that stands behind their motto; If You're Not Happy, you don't pay and before they leave, they ask you if there's anything else you would like help with for free! And shame on you people that dare take advantage of these 2 offerings!
