I trust Napoleon and his team from his company Service 4 Plumbing to get the job done to perfection. If you want the job done right the very first try then I recommend you call Service 4 Plumbing. Napoleon has remodeled my bathrooms and updated all my plumbing to copper pipes. He has fixed plumbing issues the first time around that no other plumber could accomplish. Napoleon will fix any plumbing that needs repair, don't waist your time calling anywhere else Napoleon has the best brands and tools needed for replacing any plumbing problems right in his truck, from kitchen sinks to toilet seats and every kind of piping imaginable. Napoleon has an amazing team and they won't leave you hanging, they stay until the job is done. I have been very happy with his work and it's guaranteed. Napoleon is the Picasso of Plumbing.

Napolean used to do good work for us which is why we called him to do an install. But when we called on him yesterday to install 2 kitchen faucets and water filter, things went pretty wrong:

- he couldn't figure out how to get water to come out because he didn't install a particular valve (his logic was that valves plug up)
- he couldn't figure out how to get the sensors to work
- he couldn't install the faucet for the water filter because he said it needed just one inlet but when I called the manufacturer, they said there is a way to install it without using all the hoses that comes with it
- he had to drill a hole in our marble counter tops to add the water filter faucet but he chipped it and then didn't say anything

He was here from 9:30 am - 12 and charged us $2200 which sounds high for the time he was here and the quality of the work.

I had bad leaks in bathtub and sink. Replaced and repaired and discovered tub wasn't draining right ( been slow or stopped for a while. Went under house and took pictures of badly corroded pipes. Came next day and replaced. Fast and efficient and cleaned up everything! Napoleon made suggestions and recommendations and very helpful. Highly recommend!!!

I went to ask the owner a question and he got real evasive and told me I needed to put on a mask when I was standing 10 feet from him, and I told him that he needed to put on his mask to which he mumbled something but I guess that just shows you what kind of person the owner is! And it because I was told he was the owner that I knew! Also I should mention that I'm a man of color and that might of had something to do with his issue towards me?
Also I can see him having a Napoleon complex because of his small stature

One STAR: Goes to the owner, Napoleon, of Service 4 Plumbing. I will say that Napoleon's name certainly fits him.

Actually, one STAR isn't low enough due to the owner's extreme over-pricing.
We believe the owner took advantage of our ages, which are 75 and 77.

WE FOUND OUT:
We later asked two different plumbing companies what they would have charged, and both companies said $7,500 (NOT $13,872, twice the price due to us being seniors.

We should have known better, because Napoleon wanted his money BEFORE the job even started. And, he never came back to the plumbing job to check it out, because he already had our money.

However, we appreciated this company's
5 STAR workers: Luis and Eligil, hard workers that kept us informed by taking cell pics before and after job. Also, the office lady, Debbie, was informative and accommodating. Napoleon is lucky to have these three employees.

WHAT PIPES Were REPLACED by Service 4 Plumbing?
We had 55 year old bad sewer pipes replaced due to gray water leakage under our home, they cleaned out the sewer pipe to the street, and installed a T on the clean-out pipe, and re-cemented the clean-out area.

RESTORATION COMPANY:
Anyway, before the sewage pipe replacement began, we had a 5 STAR restoration company: ""Fire and Water Damage Recovery"" with decent prices scrape the wet surface under our house and remove the wet soil, so the plumbers could work for $2,500.

PRICE:
We paid Napoleon $13,872, and we later learned the job to replace our sewage pipes and clean out drainage pipe to street and to re-cement clean-out pipe area should have cost $7,500. However, we believe in KARMA.

Napoleon later gave us an estimate to finish plumbing the rest of the house for an additional $13,000 which would have been to repipe the rest of our home
$13,872 + $13,000 = almost $27,000

We should have been charged $17,000 for sewage replacement and complete re-Piping of our home. Instead, he would have charged $10,000 over the other two companies

BOTTOM LINE:
We hired AAA Afordable Plumbing, and they are such an honest and dependable plumbing company. They repiped everything throughout our home with cooper pipes, etc for $9,500 with a 5 YEAR GUARANTEE. We paid them AFTER they finished.
AAA PLUMBING's owner stayed throughout the whole job with his 6-man crew.
We felt we were in GOOD HANDS as through the years AAA Afordable Pumping has 870+ wonderful comments on YELP. This company even put down drop cloths throughout our home for the crew to walk on while working.

Also, when AAA Affordable Plumbing replaced the pipes in both showers, and they didn't break any tiles on the tiled walls of both showers. All faucets and accessories throughout our home, throughout the garage, backyard faucet, and main valve coming into the house were replaced with beautiful, top of the line faucets and products.

My BFF's water heater died and she was afraid she would have to replace it. Napoleon looked it over and told her how to get another 5 years out of it, got it up and running and saved the day. He could easily have turned a service call into a replacement but he was more interested in fixing her problem than lining his pockets. Nice.

Not entirely sure about there company and services. You know i payed for the work at my parents house. But things were off no taxes on receipt it was like i was paying cash under table. Endings is entitled to get payed for there work. But when material is 1/16 of estimate and the rest is labor works out to be $450 an hour when they finish up. It's like really you could have atleast stretched out time or brought one more person to justify estimate price. We payed but won't refer them. But they came in on time for in out really quick give them that . Only reason for two star

I'm a senior citizen who feels completely taken for granted. I looked up the part numbers from Lowe's of the parts installed in my home. A bathroom faucet at Lowe's cost $75.59, I was charged $589 for the installation. Kitchen faucet at Lowe's $107.15, and I was charged $529 for the installation. A $40 cartridge and stem for my bathtub was installed for $367. Total of about $225 in parts and my total bill was $1,485. He was here for about 2.5 hours, so that would mean about $500/hour for labor. The bill wasn't itemized by parts and labor, but it just seems really high to me.

Recommended to us for finding and fixing a persist drip leak in ceiling of garage, Napolean and team were spot on the job. Assessed, investigate, estimated, fixed with some pipe re-routing, patched and cleaned area, all in the time estimate given. Arrival time as promised. Felt was in best hands and long time anxiety of issue greatly relieved. Communications were right on as well and straight honest assessment made it much easier to move forward with job. No 'hoping' job would get done. Knew that it would. Best plumber experience ever had at our home and we've had a few. Thanks Team 4!!
