I can't recommend Service First Pros enough! They have helped me maintain and replace several HVAC systems. I have recommended them several times when I have seen several corporate/larger companies try to rip my neighbors off. Everytime, Service First Pros has done a great job in a timely manner. After several situations that I have seen, I know that I can wholeheartedly trust their opinion.

If you want an issue fixed the first time, Service 1st Pros may not be the right fit for you. If you know me, you know I don't leave negative reviews if at all possible. However, in this situation, I am very upset at Service 1st Pros. I came into my basement 3 days ago to find water coming from my air conditioning unit. My carpet was wet, so I had to begin the grueling process of drying the carpet. I called Service 1st Pros to come look into the issue. A tech came and said I needed a new condensate pump because that was the issue. He had to send another tech to install the condensate pump. The second tech came late that evening and installed the condensate pump. I was happy that the issue was fixed...except it wasn't. The next day, I came into the basement, only to find the same situation as the day before - more water coming from the AC unit. I called Service 1st Pros again and I was told someone could come back on Monday. Service 1st Pros sent the same tech on Monday who installed the condensate pump (which wasn't the problem and also not inexpensive). The tech checked everything but said he couldn't figure out where the water was coming from. After making a minor adjustment (clearing a bit of rust from a pipe), he said I should be good to go, as far as the water is concerned. Less than 2 hours later, what do I find at my AC unit? More WATER!!! Service 1st Pros has been to my house 3 times and has not fixed the issue. I am VERY disappointed and tired of having to deal with water on my floors. If you want an issue fixed the first time, Service 1st Pros may not be the right fit for you.

I just have to say that this company stands behind their word and really do go the extra mile! I would have them back to my house anytime at all! If you have a problem (no one loves when their heat or air isn't working) they are there with you through the whole experience. The follow up and compassion the office staff has for our needs is top notch. If there is a delay in parts they keep in touch and give updates. Very honest company, high integrity and they make you feel like family.

Requested service on A/C that was making unusual noise. The repairman arrived as indicated and was very nice and knowledgeable concerning the A/C repair. He recommended a relay replacement. As it turned out he did not have the relay that was needed but he indicated he could get it and would return at a later date to replace it. He told me the service charge for this visit would be deducted from the cost of the next visit which was just fine with me. As it turns out the company is not and will not honor the serviceman's statement and deduct the previous visit charge as I was told they would. I now fine it necessary to contact another repair center for the required repair. I would not recommend this company for any type of A/C work. Again WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY

This is def the HVAC company to call. Chris George was super professional! I was shocked that even though my system is brand new (installed a year and a half ago by a different company) that there were so many simple things that were not initially done at my install that had caused other issues. Thank goodness that Chris George took the time to take several pictures for me so I could literally see everything he was talking about as he was explaining everything to me. I cannot thank this company enough for affordable upgrade options.

On December 27th, 2021, I had appointment with a tech from Service 1st Pros out of Auburn, GA for my heating system. I had a verbal conversation with the tech who informed me the issue was that the computer board needed to be replaced. At end of the diagnostic appointment, I asked the technician if I replaced the computer board will this all I need to do to fix my current problem and the techician verbally said yes. With that verbal communication, I decided to schedule the appointment to replace the computer board. The diagnostic appointment was $99.00 and the cost of the part and labor to replace the computer was $895. The $99 diagnostic fee did go towards the $895. I set the appointment for January 5th, 2022, the technician did his job efficiently. I asked the tech if everything was okay? He verbally said yes, and showed me the heater was working. The same day, I got a invoice and on the receipt it said a combustion test was not performed. That made me concerned in using heating system, but the weather was getting cold and I did used the heat. Trusting the word of the tech that put the computer board in the furnace. Five days later in the middle of the night, heat went out and January 14, 2022 same technician comes out and advised me I need a new furnace and advised me the $895 I paid on January 5th would go towards a new furnace. I was obviously very upset since I just paid $895 for 5 days of heat and part that is useless at this point. I made the technician very aware that I was upset by this finding and found it totally unacceptable for a company not to stand by its work. The technician informed that the manager would reach out to me the same day to see what could be done about the matter. Dean, the manager called promptly pushing for me to replace the furnace. Nevermind I just paid $895 a few days ago. I tried to express to Dean I wasn't interested in replacing the furnace but i wanted an explanation on would this company advised me to spend $895 on something if I needed a brand new furnace. Common sense will say to anyone why would I pay $895 to replace a computer board your tech advised me was the problem and you want me pay over $3000 for a new furnace. I ended with conversation with Dean with him stating that the money that went into computer board could go towards the supposed new furnace I needed and that he will call back later in the day to discuss the matter further. I was so upset with situation and had my sister find the corporate number. Dean calls me back and literally had 3 minute monologue about how this company is giving me a good deal and insinuates that I've talked bad about the 2 technicians work. Then he talked over me the whole conversation and insulted my intelligence. Dean also states that I shouldn't be upset of the money lost but I should be happy I'm getting such a great deal on a new furnace. The new deal was only have the $895 would go towards the furnace. So, after the insults, over talking and lack of professionalism from Dean, I ended the phone call. Josh and his wife (owners of the company) did reach out to me immediately after. Josh stated that he would reach out to Monday to find a resolution (well its Wednesday) and nothing. Mind you, we just had one of the coldest weekends this past weekend. I have never written a negative review and hope this review will be a cautionary tale for future customers. Do your research!!!!! If company can't stand by their work for something so expensive and essential then that's not company you should choose. IF I CAN NO STARS!!!

This is very sad b/c normally this company is first rate. However, on 11/24 around 1100, I called & left a message w/ Josh (owner) about my 5-ton furnace making a """"thumping"""" sound. It's currently unusable. Like his voicemail says, he called back in less than 45 minutes & said he would see if the schedule could be rearranged to get somebody out sooner than 1700 & call me back to let me know either way. The phone call never came. Service tech Dylan finally came around 1800 to tell me I needed a new blower fan & that'll be a $100, which is applied to the total cost of repair. He had me electronically sign all these forms saying that I agree to the repair & that a tech would be out tomorrow morning or he would be out late afternoon to install; neither happened. 11/25 I call Josh again & leave another message. No return call ever comes. No technician ever comes. Later that evening Daisy calls to see if I got the repair estimate. Time stamp on email is 1707. The email asks me if I """"accept"""" estimate & if so to call & arrange for a tech to come out to install. I thought this was already handled when Dylan came. Now it's HAPPY THANKSGIVING & still no working furnace. Fortunately, it's a very mild day so my 86 year old mother won't be huddled in a corner w/ a space heater. If the company can somehow make this right, I'll be happy to update my review. However, the communication break downs are severe & need to be addressed. UPDATE 12/02/20 A week later & a different tech (Ben) the company got my furnace running again. When Ben came out he diagnosed the furnace needing additional parts. A transformer $368 & a popper fuse $129. As promised, in an effort to make things right the company waived the $368. Through it all the staff maintained a high level of professionalism, even when I got a little pissy.

We could not be happier with the service from this company. Their customer service is friendly, helpful, and solution oriented. Josh (JC) is wonderful and very professional. He explained everything to us in an easy to understand manner kept us updated as the parts were ordered and return visit was scheduled. In addition Josh (JC) went the extra mile to help make sure my units were working properly before he left after completing the service.
