Aaron Miller brings 17 years of diverse experience in the service industry, having worked as a technician trainee, service technician, market manager, and business owner. In 2002, he founded his first service company in Chattanooga, TN. Over the years, the company expanded into Nashville, TN, evolving into a regional provider with a workforce of over 60 across the southeast. In a family of seven, Aaron developed his work ethic and customer relations skills by working with his father in their family plumbing business. Through experience, he realized that focusing on the needs of employees and clients is key to a thriving business.

Aaron enjoys engaging in humanitarian activities and performing music. Aaron has been involved in ministries aiding street children and at-risk teens in Eastern Europe, as well as disaster relief initiatives.
