Aaron Miller has over 17 years of experience in the service industry, holding various positions from technician trainee to service technician, and from market manager to business owner. In 2002, he launched his initial service company in Chattanooga, TN. The company later expanded into the Nashville, TN market and grew into a regional provider with over 60 employees across the southeast. Raised in a family of seven siblings, Aaron learned the value of hard work and customer relations while working alongside his father in the family plumbing business. He discovered that putting employees and clients first is crucial for business success.

He has a strong interest in humanitarian efforts and music performance. He has worked closely with ministries that assist street children and at-risk teens in Eastern Europe, along with participating in disaster relief efforts.
